Excellent song. Intense. One of my favorites! I loved it back when it was released, and I've seen some of recent versions of it done live and those are also great. I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've seen this video. I think it works well for the song. The video quality here is excellent. Pretty cool! The woman in this video looks familiar to me, although I suspect it's just my imagination and I haven't seen her before.
I used to see them each time they came to Melbourne when they started. Live bands would come on quite late and I'd park myself so I'd be at the front when they came on stage. Icehouse were always great live. Saw them a few times in larger venues in the last few years and they still put on a fabulous show. Well worth it. I hope you get the chance.

Al contemplar música y video imagino el quiebre y el fin de una historia y sus ataduras representado por esa energia acumulada y liberada en forma de actividad paranormal...dando lugar al renacer de un nuevo ser..puro y libre...gestado en las sombras de la decepción...dispuesto ya a comenzar una nueva historia o etapa de la vida.

Outra surpresa que tive e foi muitos anos depois é que descobri que o grupo não era nem americano e nem inglês, como a maioria das bandas internacionais e sim australiano. Fiquei mais fã ainda do Icehouse por isso já que amo muito o rock da Austrália e o grupo já tem lugar no meu coração junto com os demais desse país como INXS, Men at Work, Hodugurus, etc.

I had to think twice if i'd seen this video before. It doesn't quite ring a bell like all the others but I am getting on so it may just be me!
