I was wondering if you do any book reviews? I recently read a book call Code Over Country: The Tragedy and Corruption of SEAL Team 6. I mention this because I recently heard your podcast with JackCarrUSA where you mention that when you seen your guys in Somalia on CNN you were ready to go back out as were many probably feeling like getting some retribution and you said that was wrong. I'm a former Infantryman myself so I do understand to a point in the section of the book where they talk of some of the operators going to the extreme of mutilating the enemy dead for retribution and wanted to know your thoughts. The book covers a lot more and if you don't mind I would like your thoughts on the book as a whole as well I know corruption and crimes happen everywhere even though we may never hear about it or know about it for some time. Thanks for your service Brother and you truly one of my inspirations for going into the military specifically the US Army. Thanks for everything you do!

Excellent podcast as usual. Please keep them coming! I also would love to hear your opinions on the Marine LTC who took a stand against leadership w/ Afghanistan . Opinions of When should you and when to fall in line. We all have worked for toxic leadership but when is enough enough. Thanks and God Bless

I snapped my Achilles tendon in 2017 running up the wall obstacle on the Leader Reaction Course at Camp Williams. It was so much worse than when I was shot in 1999 while at SOMTB. I had bilateral through-and-through my knees GSWs in 1999 when I was still young and invincible. Recovery took 6 months, back on jump status, running and rucking in Infantry Airborne unit, back to being within the top 1% of performers in our Battalion.
I still haven't fully healed from the blasted Achilles. It was brutal, sounded like Goliath snapped a 4x4 over his knee.

Great video as always. I have not finished it yet, but I wanted to comment about Medical being #1. I agree, as a regular guy I am more apt to see someone in need of medical before I will need to draw my defensive firearm. I am teaching my 6yo son basic med now and will be getting him into his first stop the bleed course later this year. As a father, I cannot imagine not knowing how to save my child's life in the event of a tragedy. I refuse to be helpless. It would just be irresponsible.
Thanks for all of your insight and wisdom gentlemen, I'm 51 now and still want to keep on learning, til the day I die.
    P. S. Hydration is paramount to health. Some folks do forget about the importance of hydrating with electrolytes. It is a well studied fact that over drinking of plain water can be more detrimental because you will urinate out the essential minerals and deplete yourself.
Its worth it to supplement with a high quality electrolyte powder everyday.
Autophagy doesn't occur until about 16 hrs of IF. If you're fat adapted IF is easy. I've never felt better or had more energy. Folks should stop spiking their glocose with the SAD diet (standard American diet)
    Cheers!

Fantastic interview picked up the book. The self-check lines ultimately will lower the number of jobs at a given store. My time is also valuable, but I use rarely use self-checkout.
