You're living your dream. Every bit of content you put out is outstanding. Thanks James, keep up the good work :) I'm really looking forward to pre-ordering the next EP!
There are two channels I’m a huge fan of right now. This one & Vice Grip Garage. A lot in common. Both are lovely people, generous of spirit, take us in depth into what they do, are obviously enjoying what they’re doing & both are almost religiously respectful of their predecessors. James & Derek, you help hold up the world at a horrible time. Mike
@@jonnysupreme Im originally from Leeds mate (cue anti Leeds messages) and have family I need to see....might as well kill two birds with one stone whilst im over. Ps...Beeston has some good points ! :)
Legend has it only two people have played Wonderwall on the Wonderwall. One of them is Noel Gallagher! Let that sink in! Amazing video. Great to see you living the dream pal
James, wow! you should see the smile on my face right now watching you walk the same path legends before you once walked. I felt your excitement right through the lens, you sounded amazing on the wall, bravo mate, bloody marvellous ✌🏼💙👏👏👏👏
I really enjoyed and appreciated this video. so much so I'm leaving my first ever youtube comment! I know it's been a tough 18months for everyone, everywhere in the world but for me the last month or two have been particularly tough. I've had a lot of free time and I've spent it in my head which hasn't been an overly happy place. This video took me right out of my head for 20 minutes and back into the much better place of reliving my teenage years and enjoying the awe and wonder of experiencing where morning glory was recorded. I loved the video, excellent work and my sincerest thanks!
Fantastic video as always James. It's amazing to get a tour of where the band played. I had honestly grown tired of Wonderwall over the last few years but hearing your cover in this video has made me fall in love with it all over again, so thank you for that. Keep up with the amazing content. You're absolutely smashing it.
Great video James! The third EP should definitely be at Rockfield, there's no reason why it shouldn't be given you've now got some experience at the place itself
Looks like you’re at least as enthralled and nostalgic as I still am about that time in my life, James. I must also make this pilgrimage at some point, no question! Thanks for sharing your experience, James.
Looked so much fun. And great wonderwall performance. Can maybe put that in the next EP. I’d love to record my own music at rockfield like Oasis and James did
Hi James, that looks like a lot of fun. I'd love to record there myself one day. If you decide to do your EP there next year, I'll bung you a tenner to get a couple of beers in to celebrate!. Keep it up! Cheers, Simon
Brilliant video mate. Looks like you might have enjoyed that just a little bit - you we're beaming in most of those videos! Great to see you playing Wonderwall at the top or the Wonder-Wall - I definitely think if you do go back down to do your EP then you should try to get a release quality version of it recorded and release it as a cover... The behind the scenes stuff was all great - they all look like a great bunch of people and it's very scenic - no wonder everyone wants to go there...
Cheers Smitcher! Mate it was emotional. Properly magical place all round. Interesting idea about releasing Wonderwall on the Wonder-Wall as an actual single... I've no idea how releasing covers works from a record label point of view. Probably should research that
I lived and worked in Monmouth from 1979 to 1981 for British Telecom, then Post Office Telephones. I had to repair a telephone in the main console room. It was a handset cord change out. Took me an hour to do it Ha Ha.
Really enjoy your videos of late, would like to hear a background story on boneheads bank Holiday track. Probably my favourite one of theirs. Actually what am I saying, headshrinker was always my favourite, bank Holiday second. Or is it rock n roll star. I don't know what ones my all time favourite, some might say gets me emotional maybe it's that one
Future video idea: What would have been the playlist for the Oasis MTV Unplugged performance if Liam hadnt bowed out with a sore throat? I doubt it would have been the same set of songs because a lot of songs aired were "Noel songs". Just wondering if there are any old soundcheck clips or leaked setlists from that performance before Liam bowed out. Cheers!
James that was utterly epic! Absolutely loving your channel and how really in-depth you are taking it. If you ever are interested in chatting about the psychology of both Noel and Liam, (and why they clash and most likely will never get together on stage again ever again) as well as even Guigsy and Bonehead, not sure about Tony, as I haven't seen too many interviews with him, then I'd be more than happy to give you my time in a free video-call. I have thought of venturing onto my channel about certain personalities. Russell Brand read me out on air 4 years ago - ruclips.net/video/uLnXqn44q5k/видео.html and I know he's mates with Noel. Could I help to reform Oasis? Well no, but it might help those two brothers understand one another. I feel for Peggy, their Mam, most of all, something very similar has gone on in my own family and it's a sadness she has to carry and she's not getting any younger. Anyway, keep up the awesome work my friend! 🎸🎤🎶
Can't believe history was made on a piece of a wall...the chords used in wonderwall are icons of rock and which cannot be in any sense be surpassed in any timeline....
You're living your dream. Every bit of content you put out is outstanding. Thanks James, keep up the good work :) I'm really looking forward to pre-ordering the next EP!
Thanks so much Luke. Mate, it feels like I'm dipping my toes in another world. Mega exciting. Onwards and upwards!
James dropping a few fbombs and stealing bog roll, truly the rock n roll life style.

Fantastic vid. Is that a Lowden btw? Fantastic guitars, just made down the road from me. Amazing tone.
i wanna go there when i grow up
James can you tell me whish acoustic say choose for wonderwall ? whish brand or model ? thanks for this video
Great video :) you should list the gear use by Noël during the early days (guitar, amps, pedals..)
Great video! When did you get that lovely Lowden guitar?
5:31 Best part of the video.
I just love how James fanboys so much 😂 it’s so great to see 😂
Your strumming is absolutely bob on on wonderwall. Do you use a plectrum?
❤️
Sod it, go and do the 3rd EP there next year!
I think I'm going to...
That place is a little bit magic

It is! it's my new baby. Gonna take me 5 years to pay the bugger off hahahaha

Now you just need bonehead to bring out a remote control car and mess with Noel's audio.
I knew that wasp :(
Isn’t this where Coldplay did parachutes too
Wonderwall on the Wonderwall " and no capo ???!!
I'm recording there friday. the coach house is much better to stay at.
