$325/0.04 = $8125 on dining and groceries per year. That’s about $156 per week just to break even. There’s no way this card makes sense for most ppl. Unless you have like a giant family or make over $200k a year.
I've had the gold card for 4 Years now and I love it.. But I'm not too happy with the annual fee increase.. Luckily I was only charged $250 this year, but next year I may reconsider if the rewards get worse.
Yeahh, I agree. It’s like they chose the one thing no one really cares about and they’re just trying to push their resy credits. I’d be happy if it just stayed the same.
How is it better to get the platinum? I barely even use my platinum, it’s just for lounge access, travel, and large purchases where i need the most purchase protection. Other than that, the multipliers are terrible.
@@tvanb oh yes I agree with this too. I guess I don’t agree with the second part of the first comment (no offense). I think this card is still 100% viable if you can leverage those points you earn. Pairing with the platinum for the travel benefits (lounge access/FHR) is a great move and it’s what I do. So both cards are still viable imo!

To be honest they really dropped the ball on the gold card and 325? Better off just getting platinum to be honest for a little more. great video❤

Dunkin’ is useless the rest credit isn’t bad tho
I agree. Krispy Kreme though would be amazing though 🍩
@@Phillpak yes… yes it would… only downside is weight gain lol
I guess it really depends on the area. There’s a dunking donuts on every corner where I live so it won’t be an issue lol
I also think the Dunkin credit is random but then again im in the east coast
