- This time’s location is set in the sea near the Hachijo-jima island, Tokyo. Engineers from around the world have gathered for the full-scale operation of “Pacific Buoy,” an offshore facility to connect security cameras owned by the worldwide police forces. A test of a certain “new technology” based on a face recognition system is underway there.
Meanwhile, Conan and the Detective Boys visit Hachijo-jima at Sonoko’s invitation and receive a phone call from Subaru Okiya (a graduate student in the Graduate School of Engineering at Tokyo Metropolitan University, who is an FBI agent Shuichi Akai and a black-robed organization’s Rye) informing them that a Europol employee was murdered in Germany by the Black Organization’s Jin.
Conan, who is disquieted, sneaks into the facility and finds that a female engineer has been kidnapped by the Black Organization…! Furthermore, a USB drive containing certain information in her possession ends up in the hands of the organization… A black shadow also creeps up on Ai Haibara.

Has watched the movie during the fans screening .... One of the best Conan Movies .... Must watch in theater .... I would give 9/10

I don't know if it was revealed in the anime I thought it was for speculation
The director said in an interview that he tried to make the film so that it would be a step ahead of the original story and the original author has no problem with this, as he corrects the dialogue and also writes the pictures in the film.

As someone from Canada, was able to catch a screening while in Japan. Its a must watch for any Haibara stan (like me!) I'm not a fan of Conan x Ai, but I love their friendship

I appreciate Vermouth effort here. Normally, it's either the FBI, Akai, or Bourbon are the support side characters, however, this time, its more like Vermouth for me. She truly saved the day.

@@rawdasalmataman7908 as you can see, she is a very complex character. Vermouth treats him as Silver Bullet. She is like a double agent. He works for the black organizations, but she will do everything for Ran (calling her angel) and Shinichi.

This was in my top 5 movies for 2023, despite being my first foray into the series.
This movie will premier in our country on 25th August. I can't wait to see this movie in theaters.

The movie is just the best movie of DC movies. Outclassing the rest of the movies by miles! While the other movies were approximately equals more or less. This movie just blew them all!
Nahhhh it doesn't have hype like in th teaser seems like it involve a lot of action...im quite dissapointed..when it comes to movie that involves BO i still prefer The Darkest Nightmare!!
@@ericalee0610 You clearly don't understand anything about DC then. This movie opened the sink or swim option for both Conan and Haibara. Darkest Nightmare is lukewarm compared to that. The previous movie with BO was far more intense then Darkest Nightmare.
@@kodokutamashi1569 Nahhh i understand well...also jet black chaser was okay but not as intense as Darkest Nightmare..nevertheless its just my personal opinion so dont take it too hard
darkest nightmare showed greatest cooperation between Conan Akai and Furuya, while in Raven Chaser, Conan greatly soloed the BO. It was way more intense in my opinion as Conan was alone and cornered at the top of the tower with no escape(at least for real life situation, with his gadjet)

Absolutely loved the spotlight given to female characters , Ran’s appearance in the first fight againt Pinga and Vodka was soo cool , Haibara saving Conan , kir saving haibara and Naomi, Vermouth (my absolute fav !!) saving basically all of them ! The plot was very exciting, the momento and the plottwist ! everything ! Truly a masterpiece .
NO FREAKING ran fought vodka OK must definitely watch

came here to say this trailer was finally the last straw for me to start watching DC from the scratch (way back in 2023) i watched 1000+ episodes, spin-offs, and 25 movies before i finally could watch this one lol, worth it.

Watched this movie recently. Its not bad. My biggest complaint is the same as it always was for all DC black organization movies. They're non canon and all characters except for Pinga are plot armor protected. If it was me, they should've just made a trio of new BO agents, rum, kir and vermouth.
100% agreed. I thought it was the first canon movie since an episode referenced it: but as soon as I saw Camel's hair not shaved, I was so upset.

Found it odd the organization didnt kill the engineer or haibara anyways cuz they saw their faces. I mean yes they escaped but the organization let them go anyways?! Felt a bit weird esp "Kir" is a well known announcer
That's on the black organization's side... Also on the police side, why didn't the police continue the investigation... Naomi and Haibara saw the faces of the kidnappers (Vodka and Kir)... Naomi also knew a little about the organization but why didn't the police take further action??? I mean they not only kidnapped but also destroyed the pacific buoy, that's a big crime... Did the police just ignore everything after the incident???

1.Ром в этом фильме сказал/подумал о том, что Карасума Ренья исчез/давно не выходил на связь. Система нужна была для его поиска.
Отсюда следует вопрос: кто руководит организацией в отсутствие босса и отдает текущие приказы?
2.Вы все заметили беспокойство Вермут, когда всплыла информация о Шерри и системе распознавания лиц. Вермут назвала данную систему ящиком Пандоры. Вопрос: почему Вермут боится, что босса найдут, а вместе с ним Хаибару и Конана?
Моё мнение:
Карасума Ренья был стар. Хотел омолодиться. Для него разрабатывались специальные препараты, но что-то пошло не по плану. Вместо омолаживающего эффекта, Ренья превратился в ребенка/подростка. (Привет, апотоксин).
Вермут и Ренья каким-то образом связаны между собой. Возможно, родственники. Бурбон знает их секрет. Но о месте нахождения и внешнем виде Карасумы знает только Вермут.
Чтобы вернуть всё на свои места, нужна Шерри и ее знания в качестве ученого. Чтобы организация её не убила, Вермут немного помогла Конану)).
Поскольку Аояма-сенсей рассказал о том, что Карасуму мы уже видели, вероятно, Босс сейчас выглядит как школьник.
И еще был намек от автора на странные отношения между Шерри и Джином. Но пока автор не раскрыл суть их связи: возможно, друзья, а может, Джин был влюблен в Шерри.🤷♀️

Im quite dissapointed with BO this time because they're so guillible to believe the age program is a failed like they have zero suspicion ...the fact that RUM also believe it😂😂 I think the movie this time seems to open ways a lil bit too much for Conan..i wish Aoyama will give him a harder time😂😂😂😂
I think they believe it because Vermouth personally test it again, in their perspective even though she like doing things on her own, she would never do something that put the organization at disadvantage

It is still Shinichi and Ran; the author is only making Conan and Haibara teammates/partners with no romance between them
