This house is really quite simple, but the way you executed it was flawless. You really have an eye for building houses. I very rarely build houses from scratch because I'm just not good at it, but the way you did it worked very well! Awesome video!
A good friend of mine got back to playing the Sims 3, a game I've always loved. Now I watch your videos, and your dedication makes me want to reinstall it and build bungalows all over the freaking place. Why don't you let your friends know about your videos? They're so cool!

Hi KenziiSims, i only discovered your video's recently and i love them all, your builds and renovations have really inspired me and given me loads of ideas, my own personal builds and reno's are so much better only problem is all the builds/reno's i do now take 3 times as long 😁
My son says that you should of made that upstairs area a library, that would of made the house perfect. :p His favorite thing is reading so naturally a library to him would be awsome. :)
Trying to build this and I can't get that half gable roof to do that. The only way it will go that way is when it's a 3x4. As soon as I drag it to 4x4 it flips the other way. Roofs are the most frustrating thing on the Sims!

KenziiSims I tried some supsedly "safe" CC that literally hundreds of people have used and it did not go down well 😂 I kind of live by what I call Quxxn rules (idk if you know about her, she was a really sweet simmer that passed away a whole ago) and she didn't use mods or custom content or cheats in her gameplay. I used to use tons of cheats and it got really boring really quickly for me. I find it so much more fun to play the game realistically. Unfortunately there is no cheat for real life to immediately acquire 50,000 😂
I think a good thing for your videos would be to speak clearer and more energetic because you do sound very like you can’t be bothered? I don’t mean it in a mean way I have the worst Yorkshire accent ever but it’s just what I picked up on! This house is super cute btw 🖤

There is another gabled roof in the game that goes the other way, hope you’re able to find it. It’s a couple roofs along from the first gabled roof
