For those curious, this is from GACKT's "Camui Gakuen" concert. He covers other band's songs and means for the overall concert to be silly and fun. Along with Japanese artists, he's covered a few K-Pop artists the past two years. He's the last one to be introduced here; the other people are a few of his usual dancers from regular concerts (Ega, Wang, Taya). This recording is from the live NicoNico broadcast-- so yes, that's him singing (amazing vocal range...). He also crossdressed last year for AKB48's Heavy Rotation (there are pictures, but no video). ...I say he makes one heck of a beautiful woman.
The fact that he will occasionally cross dress is actually one of the things I love about Gackt, that and not to mention that vocal range of his is a killer!!
