Its funny that the trend was so bad that many states along with the federal government, have changed crime policies and how information gathered just to claim that crime is being reduced - when in fact its gotten worse.

I watched a program today about the Parole Boards and how they are supposed to deal with violent offenders. One black guy was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences. He served thirty years and was sent home on parole. Therein lies the problem. Without the possibility of parole should mean just that.
