My God The king is an emotional roller coaster😂😭 but at the same time I don’t see anyone else pulling off this part better than him! This is the 3rd drama I’ve watched him in and I must say his role in this one has secured him a fun in me! I’m on the 10th episode and so far I’m impressed!

Just started watching. I love the Chinese drama romance, quirkiness and serious scenes. Great fighting scenes as usual. However as much as l love Yang Mi (shes a legend) same as Dilraba. I would love to see more of Liang Je, Zhao Lu Si or Peng Xiaoran playing more lead roles. Gosh l haven't seen Peng Xiaoran since Goodbye My Princess👸. What's up with her these days?🤔
Watched this drama & thoroughly obssesed! Had sleepless nights bcs I just couldn't stop watching it😂😭 Beautiful cinematography, so many great ships & the slow burn romance between the lead characters was SO GOOD & well delivered in my opinion! Really played with my emotions🎢🥺🙏 The female characters are *chef's kiss*. Haishi is smart & fearless, Tilan is gentle yet strong in her own way, while Zheliu is just so precious & pure❤️ Love the relationship between Xu & Jianming too! I also like how this drama's conflict doesn't revolve around a jealous & cruel female character who would do anything to destroy the relationship between main leads. This character exists in almost all cdrama that I've watched (ex: Su Jin in Eternal Love, Changle in Princess Weiyoung). Couldn't stand this type of character & usually took my joy of watching as I was sooo frustrated & annoyed! Can't get enough of this drama & had the WORST tv show hangover after watching it. Don't know what to do with my life now😂 *brb rewatching all the best scenes until I can find another drama that got me hooked again* Seriously, you guys, just watch it. And prepare some tissues🤧
