It was good entertainment, and funny as heck... the last time I call Alan, he was at Democrat convention with Hillary Clinton in 2015. Many years ago, I used to fight Alan Colmes live on the radio at least once a week. It was good entertainment, and funny as heck... the last time I call Alan, he was at Democrat convention with Hillary Clinton in 2015. I destroyed both Alan and Clinton that night... it was hilarious. I do miss politically fighting with Alan Colmes on his radio show... and I was very sorry to see him pass on in 2017... RIP Alan Colmes.

@whyhellotherewithdrmarksabean Then last time we had honest and civil political debate, and civil political disagreements in America was when Tip O'Neill and Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich were in power. They worked together from opposite sides of the aisle and got good things done. I remember clearly, I was a Democrat back then, and I can tell you without any doubt in my mind that the politics of Senator Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi destroyed thosedays. Since THEM, the Democrats have played very dirty politics, to gain votes, and power... and today that whole Democrat party in Washington is a rotten bunch of rats, under the thumb and control of the George Soroses of the world. George Soros ane the Democrats have infiltrated America's Judiciary and our FBI too. We are closer to the politics of Nazi Germany today, than what America values used to be. Today's Democrats have been very destructive to America. As I said above, I used to be a Democrat, but the lies and the intentionally divisive political games played, the intentional divisive tactics used to create hatred of fellow olAmerica's across all fronts. Do you really thing Trump supporters gave you a hard time, or some little rat playing like a Trump supporter? Its the Democrats that control our educational systems, our media, Hollywood, and the fake news too. It's the Democrats who are teaching Americans to hate one another... and all for political gain, power, and for the likes of George Soros's cold hard cash.

I used to do a lot of political work for both Newt Gingrich and Trump on social media, and radio. It's a real problem. I can tell you that if anyone acted badly like the ways we so often see all the on the left, and while claiming to be a Trump supporter, they're certainly not welcome in the crowd of people I know.

Hey Dr I share your sentients about Buddhism, imo Stoicism is "better" for the western male mind than is Buddhism, the two philosophies are some what similar, Stoicism just gets to the point. There is also a dude out there named Tom Campbell, has a you tube channel where he talks about his work, theories, philosophies and what not, you may find him interesting, people have said he is a reincarnation of the Buddha. In a nut shell Campbells theories are basically that Reality is a computer simulation.

I did somehow catch a shark fin soup documentary & that repulsed me, how they cut fins off alive sharks & let them sink to the bottom of the ocean only to slowly die. It’d be different if they used majority of the shark, but they take way less than 1% of it for use.
