@@skoopic197 We will probably see roles become much more specialised and categorised, so no just 'UX Designer' for example, but UX Research, Product Designer, UX Writer etc etc. Also, the wider application of UX will probably just become a standard in most companies in the near future, as the principles are adopted as standard. As opposed to a super specialised department within them... Hope this helps?
Good question, but It varies from company to company Robert. There is a real spread but both are utilised heavily! Design Sprints for specific large scale projects that are going to launch, or to reinvigorate stale or suffering products!
