Why would i go to such lenghts to finance a c#rr#pt goverment
Thanks, followed your instructions, permit received immediately, much obliged 😊
I did mine recently online, was no problem, R175 for basic sea angling licence including bait collecting permit, excluding muscles collection.
You all fish with permits?
I usually just use a fishing rod, some line, a hook, sinker, bait and a floater....
Brilliant
Many of the spots around the Cape coast have dedicated officers patroling, checking licences etc.
Thanks..very helpful
Thank you so much.
Tnx a lot
Nice to have a permit, but would be better if the authorities know what it is.
I don't know why the tackle shops can't sell them. Can get freshwater permits by them just not saltwater.
It is super easy, I kinda prefer the online one, I can call it up and reprint it at any time, should I forget the one from home.
Hi how do you select the fishing province or does the permit allow fishing in all provinces Cape and Durban?
Does one have to keep a physical copy (printed) on them when fishing or will an Electronic copy be suitable?
Unable to reach the payment site.
What a bummer
Hi Sir how do I go about applying for a harbour permit on NORTH PIER DURBAN problem I have my LEFT leg amputated above my knee and all my toes removed on my RIGHT leg and I am confine to a WHEELCHAIR
What Post Office????? 😆
How much do these permits start at?
This you can use anywhere?
Lol yes the post office it faster but 😢 the fish is mostly by the Marine protector areas fishing in PE is a skarrel 😮
Doesn't allow on website to register or login for that matter,on your video next to country flag it says login or register ,but nothing in mine .Went to different websites????
I haven't got axses to a computer so it wont work for everyone
At what age do u need a fishing license
Can one apply from another country before going on vacation to SA
I tried this 3 times it shoots error 555 everytime I ended up going to the post office.
As we have no post office nearby I tried this option only to find that it needs a credit card. I don't have a credit card and I wonder why the department has decided not to use payment gateways for debit cards.
I used a debit card. As long as your bank debit card has Visa or Mastercard support and you have enough funds in your account then it will work. All SA banks dbit card use Visa or master.
How long does it take for the permit email to come through?
Once completed you can download your permit immediately from the dashboard. That is the easiest.
Whatever happened to Reuben Papenfus? He was a prominent S.A. Fisherman - I worked with him in the late 19880's Is he still alive?
Dude if you worked with him in19880, don't think you should be alive🤣🤣🤣
As a black south African I'm shocked that this license even exists here 😅😅😅
Hi Sir i used my debit Card details where u put payment details and they took the money but didn't receive any permit 😭😭😭😭😭 what do i do??? Please help
You don't need a permit, just say you are a subsistence fisherman and you identify as a black man, then you can take as much bait items and undersized fish as your heart desires. I say this with sadness as this is what happens
Yep. Scuba diving is illegal in the Gansbaai areas. Except for poachers. Where photographic evidance has emerged where Cape nature vehicles was used to aid poachers. If you legally drive above the high water mark near Pearly Beach, Cape Nature will send ten brand new bakkies to give you a fine. But no poachers have ever been fined. If you drive your off-road bike through a unloved nature area, Cape Nature will get a fit. But it is ok for squatters to hunt, dump rubble, burn, or grace their cattle in the same areas. The commercial fishermen in the Noordhoek area has decimated crayfish because of bribing officials so they can get away with double quotas. So these corrupt official are now allowing them to decimate crayfish in the Betties Bay area. And their solution is to shrink the quotas for tax-paying sport fishermen.
WTF? What's that?
Just go to the post office lol
Good luck with that. If you can find a post office that's still operating, they will probably have run out of the permit forms 😅
@@AlexBondSmith lmao very true
