I think it’s interesting how you’ve come full circle in what subjects you draw. You started this channel with pet portraits, broke off from that for a year or so, and have found fun in doing it again. I’m curious to hear about how you approach drawing animals now compared to then.
Good point! :D In the past, I had a more realistic approach to drawing animals and now I've been having fun with an illustrative style. It really took more than a year to find the style I wanted to work with. Now that I have a style that I love, I am enjoying art again and going back to the things that brought me joy. I can attribute that to breaking away to try new things :)
FYI for anyone in the US... I have been finding these on clearance at Michael’s stores for about 1.79$ each. The last store I went to on Thursday had probably 25 different colors on the clearance rack.
I got all of mine on clearance at hobby lobby for 25 cents each always check the clearance section kiddos, I've also gotten a lot of Faber castell India ink pens super cheap that way too

They really didnt make the impact they thought they would when they first came out. It' a shame as they are so vibrant.
