Some computers have proprietary setups that require you to enter a password to run the cmd.exe file. This fix will not work on them. In that case you will need to do a work around using some form of boot drive usually from a USB thumb drive. Lots of YT vids on how this is done.

When I get to the command prompt it says “this drive is locked by Bitlocker drive encryption. You must unlock this drive from Control prompt.” What do I do now?
