Thanks! I'm using up my own bead collection, I've hsd them a very long time. If you google Beads you can find the online and specialty stores near you, or there's also beads in the DIY jewelry section of all big box stores and fabric stores.
No, it won't change the size of the jacket. It's like adding two sheets of paper in thickness. The jacket is dry-clean only. There are specialist dry-cleaners who do ballet and opera costumes, they can also clean embellished work like this without damage.
