Would you please tell me did someone poison out dear Oreo
That just kills me to think someone was evil enough to hurt such a gentle soul ❤

Thanks for the shoutout Chad
Chad, I have been thinking that maybe a rake for the back of your tractor like your brother has would help clean up the leaves. Just a suggestion, I'm sure you already thought about it. Have a great weekend.
Those leaves need an out of the way place to be composted. That stuff is gold
Now when you call the cows my dog sits in front of the TV and waits to see them to bark at them 🤣
😅😅😅
Cute
Watching the longhorns coming through the trees was amazing 😊
Evening Doss family. Are you worried about the other animals that were on your old farm with Oreo & Ginger? They all ate together and Izzy did clean up.
Do you have to disinfect the catch pen thing before you bring it to your new farm? Just concerned about everyone. I know it’s really none of my business but I really love all your animals and don’t want you to go through anymore heartache. (& I don’t want to either) we are invested in the bits you share with us. Much love and prayers for all.
Hi Doss farms. You and Adler look so alike it unbelievable.
Have you ever thought that maybe God made the goats so hard to load was so they would not contaminate the rest of the animals. God has a reason for everything. Just remember the blessing out weighs the loss.
Pray Rea is doing ok
Contact or watch Arms Family Homestead. Daniel Arms has been clearing some pastures , removing Cedars and other trees. I was mesmerized watching how quickly he cleared ALOT of trees. Amazing tool he had attached to his skidsteer.
Love your new land and all you and Rae have done with the land and ALL your critters.
God Bless you all. ❤
Your gate has to be the most stunning gate entrance....I love it. The longhorn threading their way through the trees is a sight to behold. Thanks for sharing this beautiful property. Y'all have a Blessed day.
Agree with those who suggested Daniel Arms. He's used several different attachments to clear undergrowth as well as tree removal and mulching. He has a wealth of knowledge to share. Y'all are great caretakers of your new property and home. Thank you for taking us along on this journey.❤
Chad, I love seeing the Doss gate entrance. You are certainly blessed with your family, your animals, and your home.
Living in "SUBURBIA" I live vicariously through your farm adventures. I'm here to see your animal husbandry but also see God fulfill you and your family in a "pay it forward". All of the Doss family is in my prayers always. P.S. Your Dad is a hoot.
I love watching the cows come through the woods. How they tip their heads to avoid the trees is neat.
Daniel Arms has all kinds of cool attachments for cutting brush. He may be able to fix you up.
Daniel lives several hours away.
I’d think so, too!!!
😇
He knows the sales people for that company though and most attachments can be rented, or rent to own, etc. Daniel's attachments are amazing
Someone is closer. Brother Kyle can do it!
Goose looks more like a Koala Bear than a dog. Those two calf's are so cute running around together. Y'all have a wonderful evening, take care and God Bless!!!❤😊
The cows aren’t used to the cubes being down without seeing you shsking the bag out. That is so funny!
Chad, A piece of rental equipment that can deal with the grinding process of bigger trees...brush hog what you can, leaving pockets of thick over growth...this will help keep trails and roadways into pastures clear of nature limbs and danger noodles( snakes)...Remember,The race
is not won by being the speedy rabbit😉 Spend the days listening to the land you live on before taking any action. When you make a plan, God will laugh quite loudly. Cheers from Maine.
I like the “danger noodles!” 😂
Love the imagery of God laughing in agreement with the work He sees being accomplished.
Out west we call them nope ropes
We have diamond back rattlesnakes. Had baby ones in our yard and we are in a residential area.
I love this! Well said!!!❤
Just get a couple of the heavy plastic barrels and seal them up (with the plugs) and set them out for them to throw around.
Its fascinating to watch them navigate their horns through the tree's when you call them, beautiful animals..
I love that you can just call them and they come running 😊
I think it is so cool to watch the longhorns come through the trees.there horns don't even bump or scrape the trees 😊
Daniel at AFH has an attachment that he used to clear his property that goes on his tractor.❤
Yes, this is what I was thinking about too!
Chad, I always enjoy the cows, bulls, longhorns, and cute babies coming out of the woods, when you call them. The two calves are like two peas in a pod. They are so adorable. You, Rae, and Jeremiah have accomplished so much. Love and prayers to you all. ❤
Man, those longhorns know EXACTLY how big/long their horns are! Watching Glory make her way through the trees showed me that. She tilted this way and that and never got off her pace. Super impressive. ~ I used to watch Simeon's Highland Cattle (the original Swedish Homestead channel) at their feeding station turn their heads to get their horns inside. CJ could have learned a thing or two from those cows and he never would have gotten stuck the first time inside the hay feeder.
Wait. This is CJ we're talking about. Nevermind.
That front gate looks amazing. I love it
The GREEN trees and grass are looking beautiful, finally👍😁❤️
Those big-*ss longhorns can surely maneuver their longhorns through the trees...when FOOD is involved. Love it👊
Daniel Arms has anything you may need regarding this project.
Thank you, Chad & Rae, for sharing your life with everyone! I am completely enjoying your happenings and fur-babies👍👊😁❤️
Call me crazy, but I can’t wait for Fall, lol!!!

Add to your no trespassing sign things that say like no loitering and no littering
Littering will be reported
Something like that
Make big smiley faces with SMILE, you’re on camera could work too 🤷🏼♀️😜😁
SMILE You’re On Candid Camera...
Love It, heheee!!!

😂
I remember a sign I saw on a country lane off a highway in Alaska as we were leaving there. I was about 4 at the time. It read, " No hunting. No fishing. No nothing. Stay out!" I quoted that sign all the way down the ALCAN and into the lower 48, enroute to Florida.
Let them know you have a camera, ammo, and a backhoe!
@@susanmadenspacher991
That works for me too lolol
A nice tree house for the boys somewhere in a nice treed/picnic area close to the water. That would be great.
I love your new Ranch. The more I see of it, the more I understand Why you guys fell in love with it! Your Animals are happy, you can tell, especially by the cows. Lol😊
You defiitely need to remove all of the dead trees, especially on the path you drive on with the side by side. There is a widowmaker tree hanging over that path. Keep your larger, healthy trees and clear out the smaller saplings so they don't choke out the larger trees. I agree with your strategy of keeping healthy growth.
Leave a few dead trees for birds to make nests in.
That was cool seeing the cows from your backyard! Wow.........what a joy.
Such beautiful animals .
My cat visitor finally let me pet them tonight 🥰
A bush hog will cut down more than you'd think it would. I totally agree about keeping as much woods as possible. Always happy to see you, Rae and all the animals.
Good Advice!!!
😇
Oh WOW such a beautiful gate ! Those guys do such a great job and are hard workers . They seem to be perfectionist and have done an absolutely great job for you. It’s hard to find this kind of workmanship in people theses days. Awesome completely awesome. Great job.
Yay!!🎊✨🎉🥳 Got my “DOSE OF DOSS”!! Now I can relax! Glad you are all doing well! I just adore your family! Thank you for sharing your lives with us!!!🙏🙏🤍🤍✨✨☺️☺️
Wow the longhorns are beautiful and it's great you got some rain good for grass your new farm is great .
That Doss Gate really sets the tone for your farm.Jerimia and his crew also really has helped your Farm.Go to Grandpa Ralph's rental get leaf blower or go to Kyle's and get that drag behind thing
I'm sorry I could not watch the post about Oreo, just makes me sick😥
Me too but I been in afib in er and icu was home now heart rate still not right but I thinking I might have to stop these losses getting to me but I understand. We lost a 17 year old cat not long ago,so I get it
@@kathymellon3906. So sorry, we lost our 2 elderly chihuahuas the past couple of months so we get it. Take care and I wish you the best! ❤
That feeder had a fence around to keep hogs out
Chad don't you ever loose your voice, no can call your cows like you can, it's so cool ! 😎 👍💕💕💕
Chad your Dad has a rake for his tractor and that might help you to get the leaves into a pile. I hope y’all have a wonderful day. God Bless and stay safe
I wish it was that peaceful where I live! My dream is a decent size home out in the middle of nowhere with an inground pool. I have a nice place now and just put in inground pool almost 2 years ago, last summer was first summer with pool. Its was expensive and has increased electric bill, but is so worth it!
Now just need same thing but with no neighbors around for at least a half to full mile.
I'm 61 now so hope I can be blessed with it before I leave this world. Have a 7 year old that will be blessed with whatever I have and can live comfortably, I pray, when I'm gone
Hi Chad. Have you thought about putting a can of spray paint so you can mark the trees you want to get rid. It might save time later. Thanks to you and Rae for sharing your lives and farm. Many prayers for your family and the animals. ❤
TALK to Daniel from Arms Family homestead. There is an attachment he is using on his skid steer. He is cutting down invasive small trees. Bodark, and spruce and elms.
Also it turns it into a rough mulch.
What a beautiful sight to me. I grew up on a farm and cows make a pretty picture just seeing them. We had Holsteins and beef cattle. I am 79 now and a widow now I think I need a cow but I live in town. Maybe an old farmer with a cow.😊🐮
Hi everyone from very windy Kansas!
Good Evening Doss Farms Family!! ✨️🌞🙋♀️
Love when your cows come to your call for them they come instantly to you. Beautiful cattle God bless♥️
Love their personalities and the calves are cute little characters, lol!!!
😇
You may know Daniel Arms, Arms Family Homestead, Dusty’s brother in law, he uses a lot of equipment like you need, sponsorship also.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The gate looks wonderful. I am thankful you and Rae got this property. It is perfect, and all the memories will stay with the boys for years. Thanks for taking us with you and your family so we can enjoy with ya'll. The livestock makes the land that much more interesting. Bummer, it is 4 :00 am and I must get to sleep. Love and hugs, Chad and family as always.
Chad, Daniel Arms has some awesome tractor attachments for clearing land. You might want to check with him about what he has, and if it would help you. His equipment makes short work of clearing things out.
June be like, “get out of my way, you slow pokes”! I love this herd!! They are beautiful!!!🐂
Here to watch the journey Chad 😊 btw that gate is awesome 👌🏽
Hello Chad and Rae love y'all's videos. Sorry about the animals y'all lost. Who ever took those animal's knowing they were sick to a auction should be prosecuted. I pray for y'all and your family. Love your dad and mom video's to. God bless y'all and your family and all your fur and feather babies. 🦙🐔🐓🐐🐂🐃🐕stay cool 😎 have a wonderful weekend
Chad, you might connect with Daniel Arms regarding clearing your area. He has some gnarly attachments for his tractor that absolutely tear up the brush/bushes/trees that he wants to get rid of. He certainly could offer you his advisements! 😃
Hi Everyone. I'm living in Sioux Falls SD!
Bridgewater, SD
Missed the premier- very early airport run but here I am now. Jeremiah and his crew have done an awesome job on the fencing and it's lovely to see the trees and grass greening up. God bless.
Plant some cherry and walnut trees, pay future college tuitions.
We’ve got a few Wild Cherry Trees on the hill out back...They’re Gorgeous, blooming out in the Spring!!!
😇
You bought a property that you could leave your imprint on. Who cares what anyone else thinks. Native grasses awesome idea. Those are hardier, healthier, and more sustainable than "pasture grass." I would suggest, that you go through, grind, the stumps, drag the top of the leaf soil mix, and scatter some native seed. Clear under brush so your pasture and trees are healthier. Heck you can mulch those things sell the mulch or use it on your ranch to improve low spots and raise them up.Those areas are naturally water retention areas and can be stands of native grasses year round if done properly.
Goal reached to have the cows close to your home. Thanks for sharing. I enjoy your guys content. ❤🎉
Talk with Daniel Arms. He had been clearing quite a bit of land.
Love watching your cattle, so majestic. Your homestead is beautiful, what a blessing. Love and prayers 😇💜
I couldn't watch the last video I was so heartbroken and now I'm just angry and hope whoever did this is found and put behind bars 🤬😡😥😢
I agree
You need to watch the video, it's not what you think about being poisoned by someone.
I too am angry. Someone needs to take responsibility so thet don't do it again.
I was looking forward to seeing Chad driving around the property with Oreo riding shotgun. She is in spirit, I’m sure. ❤
Borrow Kyle and Shannon's goat herd to clear. 😂 35:09
It's been very windy here, in Central Florida
Very windy in Southeast Louisiana, too!
I am sure tons of folks have written check out Arms Family he has been clearing land with a skid loader with major attachments thar can mulch trees of 6" diameter or larger that would work but if you rent or borrow a skid loader and the attachments make sure the glass door on skid loader is ballistic grade glass due to flying debris. You doing a good job with the Longhorn cattle makes me the good old days and I was back home in Texas.
❤ Talk to Daniel from arms family Homestead. He's cleared a lot of brush and stuff out of this property.
That Daniel sure has...
Though his ‘battle with the Cedars’ gets a bit funny at times, lol...
I get it, though...
Beautiful as Cedars can get-they’re Definitely prone to disease and are Very Invasive, as are White Pines!!!
Consider getting in contact with him!!!
😇
I love how they come when you call them it's so Precious
God bless the Doss Farms!🥰❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
Hi Chad, I love the farm is coming awake. The grass is green trees are growing green leaves 🍃 its so nice. It's a peaceful place. I know it's windy, but it's God lands. It's lovely he knew what he was doing when he sent you here, Chad,
❤❤
😊chad!! Funny idea big cutout of woods the owl...give a hoot and don't pollute!! 😅pointing right at them with his feathered finger!! If you still see them polluting your property!!!! Use the cameras footage in court!!! Yikes! My 60's just showed through!! Born in the sixties now I'm in em lol!!❤
Right there with you on the age!
Me too,why can't people just not be rude and ignorant?
Chad you have the equipment to clear the under brush tractor and bushhog it's so enjoyable n fun and rewording when finished. I've did several folks underbrush with my 1626 Mahindra and 5 ft hog. The gates look awesome. Thanks for sharing be safe have fun enjoy y'all's family and homestead
I agree with Ann Justus A disc mulcher is a flat disc with rectangle knobs on the edge, on the bottom and top. It will take down trees that are about 5 inches across.
I miss seeing Raye’s podcast.
Me too. Pat Wray
I haven’t watched yesterday’s video about Oreo & Butters yet….so sad for your loss….love you guys! ❤
The beautiful thing about longhorns and highlands is they are such good foragers. They are perfect for the land that God has given you. Having your pastures separated is great for allowing recovery and reducing the paracite load. I am looking forward to how you will be turning neglected forest into the perfect and more sustainable paradise for you and your animals. God will direct you, and bless you mightily, and He will continue to provide the means to tackle each phase as you turn your hands to it. He has never let me down in 70 years, so I have every confidence He shall care for your every need.❤❤❤❤❤
Good gracious those Long Horns are gorgeous animals! Sure looks like Spring has sprung at Doss Farm. So pretty & green. 😊
You’re a lovely family and I enjoy watching your daily chores/activities. I wish you all well. 😘😘
I can’t believe how well mannered your herd is.. you call, they come… making their way thru the trees w/ those horns. Honey is the sweetest baby ..that’s the perfect name for her too. That’s funny that you’re looking for something for them to knock around, can’t wait to see it. That’s was cute when Goose put his paw on your back LOL
God✝️Bless Doss Farms
Check out the equipment Daniel over at Arms Family Homestead uses. He’s got some awesome land clearing equipment.
Hello again Doss Family...😊
...from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. ☕🌻🐓🐄
That looks SO beautifully GREEN!! I can see why it would be a favorite spot. But I am definitely a creek fan. It is wonderful Chad. Thanks for letting me ride along with you and your family... Deuces.
Thank you DossFamily. From Cleveland, Tennessee
I love your property it's super green and wooded
It’s sure going to be Beautiful in the Fall!!!
😇
Hi beautiful family. ❤ From Carson City, Nevada.
Wow! 😮 it’s greening up nicely.❤😊
Hi from rainy pittsburgh Doss family..Chad, Rae, boys, grandma, grandpa Ralph, Kyle, shannon..hope all finds you blessed
U need more highlands
The trees 🌳 are looking good trying to green up😁!I’m not sure what machines to use to take out the undergrowth, but I like watching it cleared out 😁! Poor Goose, he just wanted your attention Chad😆! Thanks for sharing, take care🙏🏻🤗💕!
I love to see your land greening up!
Hi all @DossFarm.
Fantastic weather here in TN. Good to see the Doss gate is up and the rest of the fence. A lot of hard work. Happy your Mom is on the mend. Hugs to all of you.
J & R
Regarding clearing your land. Maybe look into a mini clip tree sheer and a grapple. Your tractor should be capable of pulling most of those saplings, shrubs, and trees.
Hello from Baltimore Maryland
Hugs and prayers for you all and the animals on the farm and who all needs them ❤️ 🙏 ❤ love watching you all and the animals ❤
They had to know my heart broken for you all been through so much. This added to it 💔 I know men have free will but for just a few dollars you hurt other people.
Beautiful everything is so green! Pat Wray
❤❤❤ The gate is beautiful! How neat to have Longhorns so close to your back doors! 💕
We’ve had our ghost opener for about 5 years and we love it. We have a key pad also. Get Ghost to sponsor the smart controller and teach us how to operate it.
❤ Huntington Beach California
Love the coloring on CJ
Might think about a remote hidden close to the gate for emergencies. In case there is someone like police, or fire department to get in!!
