      +carl marcelin What about forgiveness?

    • @pamcooper3880
      @pamcooper3880 9 лет назад +1

      +Ikwiata IC OK . . . what am I repenting of? I am not racist or supreme! I ask God daily for forgiveness for sins known and unknown. The purpose of forgiveness is for those who have malice toward someone. The Bible says to forgive those who hurt you! If you don't forgive you breed bitterness and hate---which is something a true Christian needs to release from their lives and show love. Let God deal with correction! He will, ya know!

    • @Jazzmarcel
      @Jazzmarcel 9 лет назад

      who are you fooling?....let ME ask you this what god are you praying to? it cant be the GOD of righteousness, PEACE and truth!......either you're one hopeless victim of the the worlds most dangerous poison for the soul or you're an wicked hypocrite trying to confuse!! if we continue to listen to people or should i say ZOMBIES like you the poor misled brown, red and yellow people will never get out of this predicament... yeah insead of fighting for complete constructive change just sit and pray to some nordic conquering pirate lying, atomic bomb dropping GMO god of war......
      REPLACE WHITE SUPREMACY WITH JUSTICE!

    • @pamcooper3880
      @pamcooper3880 9 лет назад +2

      +carl marcelin If your God condones and teaches hate I feel sorry for you ---you sound like a a thoroughly indoctrinated hater to me! Your blood pressure must be very high. I don't understand, what justice is it you are needing? Explain your version of justice? Poor mislead brown, red, and yellow people? Mislead? Really? . . .The last time I looked brown, red, and yellow people have the same opportunities, at least in America, just like anyone else--maybe more. Quit acting like a victim! It's called taking responsibility for yourself. Constructive change can come about constructively--we have all come a long way. It certainly doesn't require an incitement to vengeance which is exactly what JW is teaching! He calls himself a Christian so I assume he reads the same Bible as I do and prays to the same God. Am I right or is that just a smoke screen? You cannot serve two masters. Consider looking at things from a different perspective, Carl. It'll be good for your health and your soul.

      +Pam Cooper Oh, and if you ARE a Christian . . . take time to read your Bible tonight. Find Peace. Thank You.

    Man...Jeremiah Wright's account of race in America is told with great transparency. The more I view his presentations the more I realize how his life long uplifting & cautionary message (public & pulpit) to black Americans was marginalized during Obama's run to the White House.

    • @carolinecorman1716

      I voted for Obama, but still can’t understand why he did not stand up for his pastor.

    • @kesm66
      @kesm66 3 года назад +4

      @@carolinecorman1716 I admire Obama. I wonder if he addresses it in retrospect? One could make the argument that he didn’t stand up to the false claims around his US citizenship when challenged either? The revealing of his birth certificate was a critical mistake...it clearly didn’t resolve half of white Americans hyper sensitivities and concerns over his legitimacy to hold US office. Yet his accuser and successor would go on to win the White House without offering the public any documented evidence to support his own qualifications or competency. If black Americans are in fact equal...then this type of ‘show me your ID’ behavioral practice...historically leveraged by opposition whites...should not be honored...particularly when it’s utilized to undermine Black people (or anyone) hired into a position of authority (especially when they’ve been previously screened to hold the role). If you go back and listen to Jeremiah’s sermon...the one that was falsely deemed racist...in an attempt to thwart Obama’s chance at the White House...Jeremiah makes note of this tactical undermining...when he mentions ‘coming back to roost’...it clearly foreshadows what was to become of the Obama Presidency....but honestly do we need to hear it from Jeremiah? It’s wrong...all on its own premise....past, present, & future.

      +kwame zulu shabazz Seems to me, that he has let bitterness fester and has not learned the true calling of forgiving those who hurt you. Two wrongs do not make a right. Many Americans have worked very hard to forgive and do right by others--regardless of color. This man is preaching hate, bitterness and division.

      +kwame zulu shabazz ----- two different things. Some of it may be true I am not arguing that. Bitterness is a result of unresolved anger. Incitement to hate (or justice) is not a healthy way to approach ones grievances. There are more constructive and positive ways to do that.

      In short answer it isn't christ and it isn't the almighty, they profess and claim all they want but the fact is they worship a man and his cult of personality and if that isn't bad enough, they have forsaken the duty and obligation they have to the mission they were given for the deception of christian nationalism which preaces and teaches worship of the state and of men and women.

      Paul wrote "I press towards the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus" Philippians 3. That should be the goal of any minister of Christ Jesus and not the applauds of men! When Jesus said "unless you eat of my flesh and drink of my blood you have no part of Me" ant left Him. He then turned to the 12 and asked :will you leave Me also? Peter responded, "to where shall we go? for you have the words of eternal life and we are sure you are thy get Christ the Son of the Living God" John 6 th h chapter.

He is a plethora of information, which we can draw from his deep well of knowledge to clear the debris of religious junk out of our way for us to gain a unencumbered view of Yeshua Hamessiach. Really, Rev. Wright was treated dubiously at best in that documentary. And it was completely historically incorrect in stating that melanated people brought from Africa were Christian. They were a majority MUSLIM. In addition many are Aboriginal Americans NOT African.
      "NEARLY ALL RELIGION WAS BROUGHT TO PEOPLE AND IMPOSED ON PEOPLE BY CONQUERORS and used as the framework to control their Minds. My main point here is that if you are the child of 'god' and 'god' is a part of you then in your imagination 'god's' supposed to look like you. And when you accept a picture of the deity assigned to you by another people you become the Spiritual prisoners of that other people." --Prof. John Henrik Clarke, PhD - from the documentary 'A Great And Mighty Walk' (1996)

      You're saying, those melanated people who were brought here from Africa,
      were mostly ""MUSLIM""? We both need to understand, who people are,
      and were. I read those who were taken from Africa, were not Africans,
      at all. Those Hebrews taken from Africa, were sold by the heads of Ghana,
      and were paid handsomely because, they were special people, ""God's Chosen People"".....the Hebrew-Israelites. The Atlantic Slave Ships, were
      mostly owned by Jews. There were others though, the Europeans, Arabs,
      Portuguese, etc;...The slave ships, went around the islands dropping future
      slaves off, and those left on the ships, were taken to America, and were
      richly compensated, because they had Kings, and Queens, on those ships
      headed for the, ""PLANTATION""......and those Massas' were waiting, and got, ""Big Bucks""...for those prized people.
      When the Hebrew-Israelites, left Babylon, they were chased into Africa,
      where they were captured. God always knew where we were. The African people, knew who we were, and knew we weren't Africans. ""ASK THEM""
      Hebrew-Israelites were not Muslim, do you actually think, Jews wanted
      anything to do with Muslims? They got what they paid for. Those big black men, were the best, and they used them, to breed big black healthy babies, to pick their cotton, pull their weeds, shuck their corn, cut the stalks off the Sugar Cane, breast feed their white babies, before she could feed her own. Later, as time goes by, people will know the ""TRUTH""...the Whole Truth, so help me God!
      Thanks for Professor Clarke, we love/loved him. STunning!

    The JEWISH HIGH SCHOOL (where my husband went to High School at Central High School he received a BA at Graduation because the schools were just that GOOD in 1970) There were only Jewish kids who got out early except during the ages of 3 years before their Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and it was called Jewish DAY school where they were learning HOW to conduct a Hebrew service and read a HEBREW TORAH that was. While there they learned other things like other rituals they could not learn on just had one Sunday so they skipped lunch and LEFT early 3:00 PM and then went to HEBREW DAY SCHOOL from 3:30 to 6:00 and were FED when they got to school by a volunteer group from the Sisterhood so they could be sure they were not hungry and learn all they needed to learn because it was A LOT. I also notice that the Jewish kids do better with public speaking because they are given lessons on public speaking because what they learn, all the HEBREW they are going to need to know they do this in front of the congregation on SATURDAY which is the LORD'S DAY which Jews still practice to this day. It is one of the 10 Commandments (Remember the Sabbath and keep it Holy) Some seem to have come along and changed it...kind of strange. It was so important to the Jews that the Priests had a GREAT MENORAH with 7 branches and small clay jars with just enough oil for ONE day. When it came to the CENTER branch that was the SABBATH and so they knew and never forgot their HOLY DAY, the day they were not allowed to do any work. NONE! Not even light a candle...if you wanted light you best have made one that lasted the whole night of the Sabbath, it was THAT important. If you are MUSLIM or any other religion should be teaching at your homes.

      Gloria at your husband’s Jew-ish High School did he learn that the Real Jews=Tribe of Judah were the People of Deuteronomy chapter 28 that went into slavery on slave ships verse 68. The people who would suffer from black on black crimes and single parent homes (verse 53). The people to who all the promises, adoption, service of God and Covenants were given to ROMANS 9:4-5. And of course the one who Jesus was sent for Matthew 15:24. Then there is Heaven. Who do you think it’s for Revelation 21:12. We are above all people on the face of the earth Deuteronomy 7:6. I'm 56 but I do remember the shoe box lunches, I don't think my grandparents did it for the same reasons but I guess it was just tradition by then, but once while traveling out of Georgia I did see a discarded rusted enamel COLOREDS ONLY sign that was not posted anymore but still there, leaning against the wall. I was a child then and didn't know the significance until my grandmother explained it to us while on the rest of our journey to visit our soutnern family, after her schooling us, I remember feeling emotionally torn, feeling afraid of the sign itself but also feeling that had I known the significance of it I would have taken it and kept it as a blood, sweat and tears memorial.

Even if you think you're tuning into your black roots, half of black people don't even agree with the stuff Jeremiah Wright says or the sentiment you expressed in your comment about not wanting to be around certain people. Of course there are people NOBODY of any race would wish to be around such as predatory people, dishonest people, proud and puffed up people, lazy people... But these types of people belong to every group of people. The world is being stolen by a tiny group of psycho billionaires who are basically buying authority over entire nations. My 95 year old grandmother tells me about the bathroom on the back porch and being the only house with a telephone when my grandfather was away in ww2 as a Sgt in army.
    My ex husband Charles always told me of him in the marines in army with that same uniform worn in Vietnam but I kidded him saying you can not fit in the 30 waist anymore. It was the history I did not do well in high school made it more interesting probably because not a teacher but on his sofa.
    He told me one story in the bathroom the man came in and he had to cut off urine to get to his bed. The man walked over and punched him in the belly making him finish urinating in his pants. So, he said he stood there and told the man if he ever hit him.again like that he'd kill him. The next day the man came back to the barracks and put him over the entire group as the leader. I wrote a poem on poetry dot com named Vietnam in my thought of our time together being almost 20 years exactly apart meeting at work. He being the oldest and my being only child was similar and we both having science field in common was another point. So he needing ceu's for his nursing license and my degree made it possible to go to same seminars Dutch. Rev. Wright was born same year as my middle maternal uncle in 1951 and died when this was recorded ion 2015. But he always talked about cities built underground. Me and my grandmother would ask are you sure they had clubs that big under ground answering always yes. He was a happy drinker before he died and decided did not want to drive. But he like his father could take apart a car and put back together. They called Jack leg mechanic but he also was at Xerox as a repaired. They all raised in church and could cook as good as us females. I can count on my hands the number of tomes either my grandparents or mother use profanity. I don't know where my cussing degree came from but I got many letters like my B.S. with honors without profanity but bilingual in Spanish. I was raised Baptist but completed miles college that's Methodist because I chose to pick a black college from the commercial on my birthday after an argument. Most of my education was at large majority white universities where I saw nobody else like looking like my skin. And caught that uncle Tom name calling a few times from one row and what's #456 from the other row. But one thing that was a problem to solve for myself at UAB in particular was they had the test banks floating around in their fraternities and sororities I had to know the answer also in Auburn. When I handwrote the correct answer they student teacher marked it wrong and was the reason in graduate school I got an F and showed the mistake not corrected. So I had to see my way out of that AB conversation. Then took my degree to UCLA for a certificate in professional program in producing after my mother got her master's from university of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in library science after getting a math degree from UAB in 1971 after kicked out of Tuscaloosa Still an college and she says given a one way ticket back to Birmingham. I thought it a progressive success 30 years later in Tuscaloosa but affirmative action is gone and so one child got left behind in the next generation of me. But some of my best professors in genetics and psychology was at UAB in undergraduate studies. Really discrediting me discredits them and disrespects.
      I had a extensive talk with rev. Abraham woods on mentacide and genocide that crosses actual race lines in a male dominated area of study I concentrated. Yet, the pure DNA from cow tissue on glass rod in Auburn and extracting caffeine from tea bags at miles college with an Indian professor expressing his profiling problems during Taliban times I wrote on in religion from a female professor. I took African American experience from Woods, Jr. He merged my best friend granddad Authur Shores stories and her mom and brother not related as my divorce lawyer paid. I still have his handwritten tests on legal length paper.

      Perhaps God should have kept Jews and Gentiles separated. Would that be considered liberating?
      Hatred, at its core, is an aspect of sin. We either learn to overcome its pitfalls or continue in ignorance. The sin nature has nothing to do with race.

    • @Imjustsayin99
      @Imjustsayin99 3 года назад

      @DAVID Genesis 11:9
      "Therefore it was named Babel, because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth."
      Race has nothing to do with superiority or inferiority. The fact is that God separates by belief or attitude toward Him. There exists distinctions between peoples, nations, family members, rich and poor, weak and strong, obedient and disobedient, etc.... much of this is due to the effects of a fallen world.
      It is the lineage from Adam that the biblical record traces to the person of Jesus Christ. That is why it was important for it to remain intact... physically, Jesus could not be considered the Second Adam if not by heritage; it is not metaphoric. God separated the Jews as a people not because of some kind of superiority; they failed over and over... went into bondage over and over. The Jew's folly is on display and the Law was designed to expose sin and not save someone from sin.
      There is only one person, Jesus Christ by which we are saved --that goes back as far as the Garden and the Fall. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, black or white, Asian or Hispanic, etc. ad nauseam.
      I would say that there was a reason God liberated the Hebrews from Egypt and took them off the continent of Africa just as there are reasons God removed other people off the same continent and a people found themselves on the North American continent. Not to say that the Hebrews didn't complain about the wilderness God took them through to get to the promised land and their desire to return to a life in Egypt, much could be said of Malcolm X's desire to segregate people and return them to the 'home' land of Africa. Not sure how that would have played out if Malcolm got his wish.
      America is far from perfect and its sordid history is no better, but we have made great progress; it's just that there are voices that scream otherwise. So many corrupt governments in Africa.

    • @Imjustsayin99

      @DAVID Sure it does and predetermined in Genesis 3:15
      15 "And I will make enemies
      Of you and the woman,
      And of your offspring and her Descendant;
      He shall bruise you on the head,
      And you shall bruise Him on the heel.”
      Adam and Eve had relations and children which eventually produced the Davidic line. On one side we have Solomon through Joseph; and on the other we have Nathan to Mary. Mary had a virgin conception where the Holy Spirit overshadowed and supplied the necessary chemistry to complete the necessary chromosomes for the birth of an actual human being, Jesus. Since sin is past down through the male ("in Adam all have sinned"), Jesus was born having no sin nature just as Adam was originally created without sin. God can do that.
      Mary and Joseph then had other children after Mary birthed Jesus.

    Jesus prayed that we, who worship Him and wholeheartedly love Him would be one as He is one with His Father. This is achieved when the Holy Spirit becomes our spiritual weapon of choice against demonic evil spirits.
    How else can we, who are filled with His Holy Spirit, have the mind of Christ.
    So as a man thinks so he is. Whatever is in you will reveal the fruits that are embedded in the heart and sitd on the edge of the tongue, waiting to be hurled into the atmosphere that encompasses the mouth of the undiscerning, all the while waiting for its opening that would allow its digestion wholely.
    Jesus said my sheep know my voice and no other will they hear. We are also admonished to choose this day whom we will serve.
    God sits before us life and death. He admonishes us to choose life. That life is not obtained through enticing words of minds wisdom, but through
    demonstration of the Holy Spirit of God.
    There's a way that seems right to a man, but the end thereof is death.
    If an angelic being covered in light comes to you preaching another gospel [which denies the whole Truth, Way and Life, but tempers it with allowances four the lust of flesh and itching ears] let him be accursed.
    We honor all who bring unconditional, untainted, God-inspired revelations of the Word of Jesus Christ, through the guidance, wisdom and comfort of the Holy Spirit.
