    Just found your channel. I appreciate the way you make these videos! The content is top notch, and so is the production. Your audio is perfect -- > can hear your voice clearly, no annoying music that is too loud, gun shots are also muted for comfortable watching. The overlays with titles, scores, and comments are stellar. Please keep these instructional videos coming. We will be watching and learning and liking and subscribing. Thanks Thomas!

    Nice 👍🏻 Is their something special about your ammo and do you do something special to it? Like polishing every round or so?

      @thomas.shoots  Год назад +1

      Thanks! Hmmm if you’re referring to polishing the rounds, before loading them they go through a tumbler that polishes brass, so yeah. 😄

    Do you utilize a front sight focus or target focus when shooting at that distance?

    • @thomas.shoots
      @thomas.shoots  Год назад +1

      Good question!!
      Front sight focus at 20m and above for me. Hehe.

    Would you advise a custom 1911 like you you are using for a beginner like me?

    • @thomas.shoots
      @thomas.shoots  Год назад +2

      Hmmmm… I would advise a gun that fits the budget. If a customized 1911 does then go for it!
      Although I would most definitely prioritize ammunition budget (for training) over what specific gun you get. 😄

    Question, are you conscious of how you grip the gun all throughout a run?

    • @thomas.shoots
      @thomas.shoots  Год назад

      Hmmm in general what you want to think about in a run is the run itself, so no I’m not that conscious 😅

  • @oddsparrow8522

    nice Chanel i will start to follow you. Why is an shoot in on hard cove -15 ? You are losing a A = 5 but you should not get the -10 for not trying to shoot the target and it not an no shoot penalties either.

    • @thomas.shoots
      @thomas.shoots  6 месяцев назад

      A miss is technically -10 and yes another 5 points “lost” for not getting the alpha.

    • @oddsparrow8522
      @oddsparrow8522 6 месяцев назад

      A miss is not -10 in this case - if you don't shoot at it - it is -10 and he did shoot at the target twice witch means that he only lose the points. If he hit an hard target that is not market as no shot it is not either an -10 @@thomas.shoots
