Actualy we are also planing to visit ladakh on October with my kids
But little worry about kids so pls tell some trip or advice

We just came from Ladakh and everything went fine with our 2.5 year old daughter....before going we consulted our doctor and she said that kids can adjust different environments more easily then adults...but i would still recommend u to consult ur doctor once...also very important thing is that don't get out of ur hotel room for minimum of 24 hours...we will be putting each day by day vlogs were u can see how our daughter was doing.

And one more thing ladhak air is very dry so be sure to carry nose drops or almond oil with you fo kids.
