I know he has had brain scans done while he was freestyling to study the brain activity and the parts of the brain that are specifically firing during his "flow state" or him freestyling. And according to them and the areas of his brain that were lighting up, he has found a way to disable the area of the brain that would control censoring yourself. Or the part of the brain that worries about judgment and will hold certain things back. That could cause someone, while freestyling, to stall or studder/stumble because your brain isn't sure it should let you say it. Not that HMack says crazy shit that you shouldn't say or is offensive or anything. But he is able to have such a fast free flow from the creation of thought to execution with no barrier of insecurity of what others might think. I hope that makes sense, I don't know if I am explaining it correctly from memory. It has been a while since I saw the video of the doctor explaining it. But I guess from all of the years of practicing so intensely and with purpose, his brain has trained itself to shut down that self-censorship part and allow the ideas/lyrics to flow faster without the barriers that regular people deal with automatically without knowing.
