    Been living in sentul for 4 years, 2 years at YTL area and 2 years in sentul point. Safe to say i love staying here as everything is within reach, and there’s a proper grocery store just downstairs and lots of clinic and nursery for new family. Vox would likely to hit, defo.

    i live nearby my 2sents
    - only 1 way in and out to duke. Nowdays ppl already stuck at that road. From that house to the location its ok la u can enter easily, but from duke to the premise kinda nightmare, all 1 road. Its better u use duke, use the lsh road, jumpe rumawip, maxim, mcd and reach ur home.
    - in the map only mention schools. It doesnt show u mosque, church, and the worst is pasar!!!!!!!. That convent school also the worst. 3-4 lane to 1 lane. Nice job on town planning.
    - yes, no mall, all grocery got no space for parking.
    - want to find food? i got 2 good location, Sentul Raya Green Mamak, tried all other mamak, all not good. And another one roti canai corner at dato Senu. And maybe Restoren Al azmi, but abit far from the place.
    - The kuil there seems like passive to me, rarely see a lot of people tho..
    - To me, you will want to use moto heading to that chong hwa school, coz there is not direct acceess for car.

      it's car accessible until the moto bridge, then just walk to ChongHwa, I used to walk to Chonghwa this way

    one thing to highlight is the entrance of this project which is very challenging..especially on the junction

      I think it’s in the best position already. At least it’s safe to come in and out. The rest is too close to the traffic light junction.

    The market value for M Centura around 400K, with M Arisa up soon, might be better off to hunt some lelong unit, cox market value not worth it

    I’m actually trying to compare this project with eko titiwangsa which is just beside Jalan Pahang, and also easy access to DUKE, hopefully iherng could also provide some input of eko titiwangsa 🙏🏼

    A lot cheaper options for that size around Sentul. Not like they have high end top notch facilities or what with the lift provided also only 5 lifts. I wonder who their target market are. Plus if you search around Sentul other development with cheaper price and bigger size such as LSH, Minest and Vista Harmoni also still so many unsold units left.
    Plus traffic in Sentul is nightmare all the time. People used to buy the property there because of cheaper price compared to other parts of KL like Mont Kiara, Dutamas, Jalan Kuching etc. If developer started to put crazy prize (price/sqft) like this for a house located in Sentul, who's gonna buy it?

      @@aizatnuruddin4673 Thanks for sharing Aizat. Well there will always be a reason for anyone to buy anywhere and after doing this for so long, price is important, but not entirely the whole decision making aspect. Also developers will have their own feasibility studies before they launch.
      But once again, thanks for sharing. It will be very useful for those who have the intention to buy units within this address:)

      I feel the traffic is terrible weekdays before 9am and after 5pm, but the rest of the time is actually consider ok.

    Rooftop pool... what is the risk of water leakage to the lower units?

      The risk is not from the pool but from the piping, if not maintained well means you will see the ceiling to start leaking. But even with condos without a sky pool, since there is still piping above you. You will still run the same risk

    This area too high density, traffic jam very bad during peak hours, even off-peak hours u will be annoyed with those traffic lights. No MRT/LRT nearby, no shopping malls and super markets, no good foods around… i stayed in this area for long, always get out of this area for groceries, food, entertainment and what so ever.

      Every location has its bad areas and good areas, really have to go sweat abit during survey baru tau. The problem with that area is the pasar road near Fennel, Vox kinda skipped the pasar and ada Duke so makes it kinda attractive. Then again, Sentul still Sentul la 🤣 don’t expect KLCC rent, but at least it’s the gem of that area.
