❤❤❤ My brother was an alcoholic. He came to a rehab. after many years of drinking , he had lost his job (a very important job ) he lost his drivinglicense, he list everything.
But he recovered and started to work there and helped others. He married a co worker and he has now been soober for at least 10 years now.
I am so proud of him. I know you also can do it.. good luck! Every addiction is in the head...

I've been using this as my warmup before shoulders for a few weeks since seeing this and it really has helped so much! I'm going to keep doing it even when I switch up my routines. Also I've had no more pain in my shoulders lately!
