I am always amazed when the results of the same tool are different from one another Soubhana Allah. Thank you for sharing your experiences 🙏. For me, speaking to Allah without any barrier regardless of my emotional state, wherever I am and for anything is THE tool that helps me feel close to him whatever happens (in joy and in challenges). Though, I do feel in the bottom of my heart that the Islamic prayer is very special , beyond recharging my soul and surrender. That’s why now, I am training my self to pray from a space beyond the obligation and I am sure that Allah will lead me to become aware of the proufound meaning of Salât in each stage of my Life. Hats off to you Boutaina, for waking up every day at 3 a.m. for your one-on-one moment with Allah. 🙏.
