First of all congratulations to the family and a great work done by the IC team. As per my estimation it should have been around 2.8 crores, I am also a CA and just now constructed my dream house taking a lot of help from the IC channel videos.
Based on my estimation, it’s under 2.5 crore. I can’t provide more specifics, Manish bro-you know the reason 😅. But one thing’s for sure, one day my home will be designed and constructed by your amazing team. Great work truly appreciative 👍. #MAKING_INDIA_BEAUTYFUL
cost Rs4450 PSF by owner if he recruide each agency for construction cost, as tunky project architech may charge 5500 PSF to client including g construction and interior, this cost is max 3600 PSFarchitech him self for construction with interior. movie theater, gym, are excellent, Kitchen can't judge with video needs better detail video clips to comment on kitchen, needs detail saparate vedio for kitchen. I don't see storage room for kitchen. Kids room are good, Master bed room is also good curtains and lights are appropriately good and excellent as usal from manish. wall paneling can be a better idea, and diff theem (this is as usal, nothing new, I do except upper end of excellent work from manish sherawat bro... sorry about my honest opinion) can't comment on the floor as the size of floor tiles needs a better video, but it looks like a paper joint big size floor tiles. house elevation idea can be better. switch board shall be TG series of norisys. not as usal routine staircase hand rail is very good. overall, very good execution of project.
please don't play with CA students career and students life. CA course is not tough but it is made tough by ICAI and its team. kindly please sned this msg to him and his ICAI. Manish ji. 🙏
CA Exam is the toughest course of India including IAS and IPS. That's why it's a Nobel profession. Guinies books of world records entered this fact in their records 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
@cadharmendravyas6604 Sir ji for you it may be tough but for me it's not that difficult. Every half CA's, financially weak and overburdened work students knows the situation they face, while preparing for the exam and the failing result for 4, 5 marks. just failing the students and limiting the pass percentage does not shows the thoughtness of the exam. this are just a exams which made tough by the icai not a roket science that no people can do or achieve. CA's are also not the boss of a company they are just hired by corporates like other employees and they work for the organizatin but IAS and IPS cannot be hired. if our education system is good enough than all this CA material can be put in the degree courses only and than every student can be educated with the business rule and laws. which will save the 3+ 5yrs time. thank you 🙏🙏🙏
