I agree with you. That felt like worlds. Only because of how long they will have to wait. 3 months is like a year in Rocket league.

Inglês: Honestly, NA and EU are very strong. SAM has only one team that can compete against the strongest from EU and NA, which is FURIA. As for MENA, they also have only one strong team, which is Falcons. Most SAM and MENA teams stop at Round 5, while NA and EU teams often reach the Top 8. This makes me wonder what’s missing for these regions to go further. It’s sad to see many talented players shine in 1v1 matches, but when we observe their performance in 3v3, we realize they’re not as good as a team.
Let’s take the example of Diaz (I’m Brazilian and watched all his games). He can be a good individual player, and it’s always interesting to see him in 1v1 situations. However, when we see him playing for Complexity or W7M, something doesn’t seem to click. When he was with W7M, a team that ranked between the top 4-8, many people said he needed a better team to reach the top. He got a chance with Complexity but didn’t meet the expected level. The synergy with Reysbull didn’t work out, and they missed out on the Major and now the World Championship. In MENA, many expected Twisted Minds to surprise and make it to the Top 8, but unfortunately, they were eliminated before Round 5. I’m curious about the future of these regions.

Português: Sinceramente, a NA e a EU são muito fortes. A SAM só tem um time que pode competir contra os mais fortes da EU e NA, que é a FURIA. Já a MENA também só tem um time forte, que é a Falcons. A maioria dos times da SAM e da MENA param no Round 5, enquanto os times da NA e EU frequentemente chegam ao Top 8. Isso me faz questionar o que falta para essas regiões irem mais longe. É triste ver muitos jogadores talentosos se destacando no 1v1, mas quando observamos o desempenho deles no 3v3, percebemos que não são tão bons em equipe.
Vou usar o exemplo do Diaz (sou brasileiro e assisti a todos os jogos dele). Ele pode ser um bom jogador individualmente e é sempre interessante vê-lo jogando x1. No entanto, quando o vemos atuando na Complexity ou na W7M, algo parece não estar funcionando. Quando estava na W7M, um time que ficou entre os top 4-8, muitas pessoas diziam que ele precisava de um time melhor para chegar ao topo. Ele conseguiu uma oportunidade na Complexity, mas não alcançou o nível esperado. O entrosamento com o Reysbull não funcionou, e eles ficaram fora do Major e agora do Mundial. Na MENA, muitos esperavam que a Twisted Minds surpreendesse e chegasse ao Top 8, mas infelizmente não aconteceu, e eles foram eliminados antes do Round 5. Fico curioso sobre o futuro dessas regiões.

Ssg had an underrated major too. Unfortunate that they came up against g2 in the first round of playoffs, but they looked really good. I wouldve loved to see them against any other team in that round. Wouldve loved to see rebellion instead of og too...maybe next year.

@@MrCtwhat I can see the argument for it cause players go for double plays like boost and ball and demo and redirect very often enough now. But yeah this did not seem intentional just fortunate timing that is representative of RW9's skill but not intentional.
I think something thats very overlooked is how frequently G2 were able to get really good challenges and 50s from the falcons, something which the falcons have never really seen happening at all. In so many of the plays where G2 scores its just Falcons not respecting the challenge from the G2 players.
Only so many teams and players can be successful. RL is one of the hardest esports to win in for a reason
I wouldn't say its falcons not respecting more so falcons being nervous. They dont have the grand final experience that g2 has. Anyone who watched that game would be bias coping to say they didn't see a different Falcons playing in that grand final compared to their swiss/top 8 look.
@@yogiritaco but we saw a different G2 play. G2 is probably the most adaptable team in the scene and Falcons were probably expecting themselves to defeat G2 like before. When that didnt happen they just fell apart. G2 played so well it made the current 2nd best team in the world look like average non pro SSLs. Give credit to the boys at G2 for once lmao

We should take the best 3v3 team and have them play 3v1 against the best 1v1 player but the 3v3 team cannot boost.
Very underwhelming grand final honestly felt very boring. Falcons vs GenG though was fkn insane and made me audibly lose my shit sometimes. Shame about the finals though

That would be sick but who would you replace? My pick would be Chronic. I think Chronic is a stud but LJ, FK, and Appjack would make a better 3 man team. I don't think you could go wrong either way though.
Chronic def same to Lj in terms of peaks but is inconsistent unlike Lj
@@stlblues0526 I would also replace chronic. Appjack does really good off the ball and fk is used to playing with these types of players(syp and mist). And Lj is just solid all around

How is Canada not American when it's on the same continent?
Try calling a Canadian an "American". If English is your first language then I shouldn't have to explain why people from the USA are called "American" and people from Canada are called "Canadian" or people from Mexico are called "Mexican". He's clearly referring to the country which they're from, not the continent.
Saying Falcons dont have Grand Finals experience is a weak argument since they have won all their regionals and were in the discussion to be the most consistent team in the world along with G2. I do think other factors played into Falcons performance such as having to wait for G2-Furia series to finish before Grand Finals.
I think the fact that they had to beat gentle m8's just an hour before facing G2 in what was arguably the closest best of 7 in the whole tournament left them fatigued. Knowing that Gentle M8's won the first major probably had there adrenaline pumping all 7 games. It would no doubt be really hard to put out the same performance again against G2 without a rediculous level of composure. Not having the experience G2 has with Major's and playing games back 2 back in the same day definitley would have played a part mentally.
Regional finals aren't nearly the same as an rlcs lan grand final.
I don't think it is. You can see they were clearly nervous especially the twins. But that's not an excuse a loss is a loss in the end. Put them in a GF again and like G2 I'm sure they'll do better (at least lose putting up a better fight). Props to G2 for adapting and fighting back after that 3-0.

They definitely had a bit of luck on their side so they did have it easier tbh. Its also what happened last major
definitely didnt have a strong bracket but they beat every team that was in there way besides falcons but they said they were playing bad that series

They were whiffing so much shots, even when they had lots of space to work with which isn't usual.They even seemed afraid to go on offence. Here, falcons looked decent but were just getting outpaced, G2 was shutting down every attack before it even started which they didn't seem to do at all back in swiss

Major 1 they knock out BDS and Vitality back to back, then this major they knock out MENA number one and SAM number one back to back. Also the only team in both major grand finals. Those points along with just the performance on display, I wouldn't give much credence to anyone saying G2 isn't the best team in the world right now.

Trk511 has made so many mistakes, he eas nervous and the team got nervous because of that too, i think with all do respect to you Feer and to the G2 squad, if Team Falcons have reproduced the level they played with in the matches against G2 in swiss and Gentlemates in playoffs respectively, G2 would have not stood a chance against them, moreover we can't out G2 abouce Gentlemates when they have not even played against them, like i said i respect them they deserved it but they had the easiest run in the major.
