Just viewed this house again. Probably the best house I’ve seen on the canal with solar, great pool and dock. Sw Cape👍
Yes it was a favorite of mine, I showed it several times and it sold in about 3 weeks after the video was posted.

Beautiful inside and out. All the right touches without being over done. Love the landscaping and attention to detail. Top 3 for me for comfortable livability.

Love the elevation above the canal, love the pool and outdoor kitchen, no shinny floors ya. Love the solar. Just missing the RV garage
Solar all paid for as well not financed which can be a big problem.
Beautiful modern home great design, Love the solar and generator nothing like being off grid!
And the solar panels are 100% paid off, so no payments.
JUST AMAZING..
