Wow those prices seem high, well too high for a habitat store.
Half off of brand new merchandise that’s been sitting in a container for a year seems fair to me. Plus this store runs blowout sales in addition to the already discounted price. I have a patio full of furniture including pillows from this store and I paid literally pennies on the dollar. TFW

There are much cheaper stores around. Check their tiles and flooring and compare they sell secondhand stuff the can’t give you a guarantee. So I would not recommend restore. They are expensive
After pandemic all thrift type store started charging a lot more. Lots of times prices are cheaper in stores brand new. You have to know your prices and catch their sales!
Habit for humanity. Is very expensive those stuff is given to them but the sell them as tax write off. But they. Are way over price. By wise
