I agree and her voice break when she sings “the way” sounds so amazing!!!!!!! I don’t know if you paid any attention to that part, but if you listen closely definitely skip all the way to 4:08 and you’ll see what I mean. So so beautiful!!!

I don't understand why people say her voice decline, her agility, her vibrato, her resonance are way better right now than during HT. She doesn't hit useless hight note like in HT, but she sing properly every note with a way better quality in my point of view.
I totally agree, her overall vocal ability is much better than it used to be. People focus too much on her hitting particularly high falsetto/whistle notes. At first I was disappointed not to hear the falsettos as much with this tour, but I started noticing other aspects of her voice improving like you mentioned that weren't present during the Honeymoon Tour as I have listened to each Dangerous Woman Tour performance.
I can understand the frustration for falsettos fans, personally when I see the power, agility, resonance and accuracy of his voice today compared to before, I totally forget the falsettos and whistle notes. Besides in regards to belt, it's healthier not to swing free G5 and A5, which at the time was not necessarily all well executed and brought nothing musically, after each his tastes. Her vibrato right now give me life.
People don't understand she just needed to get used to this tour. It was the same thing with the honeymoun tour. People always asume the worst.

4:09 the way she sang this is so moving and incredible. How she started out loud and then made her voice softer on “way”. And that vocal break/cry??? BEAUTIFUL. The fact that some people say that she sings with no emotion just bc her tone is lighter. When 4:09 is TOTALLY emotional.
