Sir, this is regarding path line..... If we draw velocity vector at the intersection point of loop in path line and draw a velocity vector tangential to it. 1. Is it correct to draw tangential vector on path line? 2. If yes, then at intersection point, there will be two tangential velocity vector, which will be violation of streak line statement.

for steady flow there will no change of fluid properties at a point with respect to time so no doubt that streamline and streakline are same.
