Especially liked the last few minutes when she talked about living alone and how she feels about society and so forth… me too! We need to hear more about how empaths enjoy living alone and having a rich inner life. Great interview and I always enjoy this interpreter.
I have same experience, too-so nice to be off of meat, makeup, etc. as you follow your own inner guidance/spiritual development.
I enjoyed that part, also. I liked how she said she gave up alcohol, smoking & meat & wore no make up. I guess kind of a purification of her body
I agree, as an empath I am easily affected by people because I can feel their suffering as if it were my own. I get stressed out being in a group for long periods of time with all the dynamics of everyone in the room. It is like I am tuned into 22 people.
I live in Germany and had to go to school to learn German.
There was so much chaos and the dynamics of all the individuals drained me. I would need to sleep alot.
If someone is in distress or cries I am the first one to go and help that person.
In the traffic I saw an elderly lady fall from her bicycle. I immediately told my partner who was driving in bumper to bumper traffic that I would go and help the lady. I just opened the car door and ran, not worrying about anything else, my focus was on helping the lady.
I have many of these situations in my life.
If someone in my family is struggling I am always their to help.
They however do not help me when I really need it.
What I realised is how draining it can become, being an empath, I start to get depressed and can't sleep.
Where is the boundary?
I really care but I can't live someone elses life or control bad things from happening as much as I want to. So as a result, I have withdrawn from people.
I was in sales management and was outgoing. I had to deal with people.
I didnt mind working with my clients but managing people was very stressful. Adults act like children.
I relate to Claudia.
Same here, an empath living alone and for the most part enjoying it. But it can get lonely from time to time I suppose haha.
@@janinedevilliers510 You should read Dr Judith Orloff's books on empaths. Also creating boundaries and alone time is healthy. Also grounding and spending time in nature to recharge is important.

It amazes me how some people have so many out of body spiritual experiences in their life and most of us have none. Zero. I would like to have these things happen to me but they never have.
Take heart, when you’re ready you may yet have one or more spiritual experiences
Be careful what you wish for! Not everyone has a good experience. But we are all spirit beings inside, and the purpose of earthly life is to evolve spiritually using what we are given. Not everyone needs an "intervention", if everything is going to plan.
A long time ago, i thought the same thing, i d like to have a NDE and i heard that same voice in my head, masculine and with authority that said : you do not need that !

Funny thaf YOU leave your body when you have a NDE but NOT so for OBE
One leaves one's body whilst having an OBE, as the words say. My son has had it spontaneously and he saw himself on the bed. He was given an answer to all the questions he has ever had regarding the universe. He was able to think very clearly and didn't need glasses. His vision was extremely enhanced and he could see tiny details in objects far away. 😊

I had been practicing OBE for a number of months. One night without trying to have an OBE I went to sleep while staying at a friends house. Sometime after falling asleep I found myself fully conscious in the front bedroom of my house twenty miles away. I was looking around and it all appeared normal. At some point I became afraid I had died. I did a type I Dream Of Jeanie Nod of the head and wished myself back in my body. I immediately awoke at my friends home. I had no conscious awareness of leaving my body. I simply just awoke at a remote location. Additionally, this was twenty years ago. I became quite proficient OBE. I can no longer do it. While I was successful I had a great deal of ORB activity I was photographing. I no longer have ORB activity. I suspect the ORBs were assisting me or became attracted to me because I was successful in having OBEs.

You probably have some anxiety and are very open and empathic. I am an empath which made my childhood and younger adult years much too stressful. I had a mentor who helped me learn to let the waves of knowing and fear and anxiety go through me rather than holding the feelings as my own. I tell myself they aren’t my experiences so I can feel them but let them go on an move through and past me. I am not to hold them as my own. They belong to another soul and I am responsible only for my thoughts and actions which are between me and God. It’s freeing and helps. My best to you and I enjoyed your testimony.

Have I missed something, how come I have not come across NDE'S with Buddhists, Muslims, Hindus or other religions other than Christians.
I've heard/listened to SO MANY....religion pays no importance.... I've studied many many hundreds. You initially see what you except/makes you comfortable until you "settle in" to the truth....what a loving thing that we are cradled into the transition on our ownterms
It's a good question. But Claudia did say that she still has "no religion", and many NDE accounts appear not to be interpreted according to any particular religion.
