Yes I noticed that I usually wake up about an hour to an hour and a half earlier than everyone else so I put my tennis shoes and workout clothes down by my bed in a basket and as soon as I wake up I just put them on and I don't even do anything else but just start getting to it because other than that my children will start waking up and it's very difficult for me to get back to it
What I'm going to start back doing that had helped me in the past. To make the Sacred Heart Diet soup. I loss 11 pounds the first week. But you're not supposed to keep doing it every week, so I'll try it every other week this time.
Consider premade options like bagged salads and rotisserie chicken. There are lots of meal kit options at grocery stores that you can prepare quickly and break into smaller meals, this is what has been helpful for me while working 2 jobs and managing family life. I hope this helps! 😊
I would suggest using *chatgpt.* One of my clients suggested it to me, and I have been using it. It is very helpful, I was just comparing grocery delivery services with it. I used chatgpt to understand what foods can I keep in my diet from my two cultures. It's help with meal-prepping.
