The Name is pretty on the nose, a Vizard is a: Mask or Disguise. - It's important to remember the context around what Isshin and Urahara discussed, they said the Isshin hasn't been a Soul Reaper for 20 years, 1. What does that mean and does any method exist that can make a soul reaper not be one for such an extended period of time? 2. What happened that caused him to not be a Shinigami
On the note of aizen looking good in that scene its pretty gradual so you don't really notice it as you watch along but being an old series that went on for a long time the art and animation of the series get a lot better over time. You can even see it already if you look at the difference between this episode and episode 1. After a certain point which is honestly not that many episodes into the future from here everyone basically becomes a supermodel. It inspired jujutsu kaisen in a lot of other ways but one way they are similar is that it has a huge section of the fanbase which basically just simps over dudes and often pairs them up together. If the start of the bleach anime didn't look incredibly dated the overlap in fanbase between JJK and bleach would be a lot bigger, even though theres quite a lot of overlap already. Hopefully it gets a remake sometime after the new anime finishes.
