Upsilon is selling for 799 on official website and it is worth every penny... Though the smell is kind of same dna but there is a difference you'll know it when you wear it side by side... Beardo mariner justifies itself for the price, upsilon justifies itself for the quality

I have mariner and it smells so good although longevity is the main issue. Don't know about upsilon...I guess mariner smells is that of crowd pleaser and non offensive to many...do more of blind smell between budget and expensive one
Mariner is good for what they offer for the pricing... Longevity wise it needs top up after 3 hours
I have upsilion. It has very good langevity. Better than davidoff cool water in longevity . Try 20 ml upsilion decent available at 300 rs

I felt the same about both of them on the first sniff.
Mariner has a better drydown smell because of the green apple note. Opening and longevity is the problem I felt.
Wild blue has a more accurate and better opening after maceration. It has better longevity as well. But the drydown smell is straight chemical like. Probably because it lacks that soothing sandal note in the drydown like you get in cool water.
Mariner has better VFM considering the scent, Upsilon a great option as well if you could get it under 800; mainly because how good the atomiser is. It feels expensive.

Just clarifying Beardo Mariner costs 600 rupees for a 100ml and Upsilon Wild Blue 100ml is available for 750 on their website
As of now it's selling for 899 and at times 750 due to discounts but usually it sells for 1400

So budget wise Mariner is better but
quality wise wild blue defeats Mariner with a wide margin

For those who are thinking to buy wild blue in sale. I have used both of them and neither of them last long. For upsilon it’s 30 minutes projection then it’s get close to body and last hardly 2-3hrs. It smells like wet wipes(cleansing wipes Nivea for cleaning face) smell is good but what is the point if the smells doesn’t projects enough and doesn’t stays at least for 4hrs. Same case with nautica voyage. Better spend some more money and buy something strong.
It's the case with most fresh perfumes. Even with expensive ones. And also Indian weather is a reason. Spending more money won't necessarily solve the problem. Depends on which fragrance you're buying.

Bro used both perfumes...i can say... upsilon wild blue is more on a fresh side...it somewhere smells like cinthol soap...nd this fragrance is mild and less synthetic.... where as mariner is...good perfume also a fresh category perfume but i found its smell composition better...but a bit on synthetic side...wild blue evn feels less synthetic in heating environment

Voyage smell is good like green apple but performance and longevity is very poor. 3hrs and it’s gone. First half hour good projection after that you can only get the smell after sniffing

Plus cheap and expensive depends on the frame of reference. What might be expensive to some might be cheap to somebody else. So the term is relative to begin with.

Good video Deep Bro.....Even I personally like Mariner more than Wild Blue.....but both of them have their respective pros and cons
Mariner - It like a more minty, more aquatic, more casual and a breezier version of Coolwater. Hence, it projects better than coolwater. Somehow I feel that Coolwater has some maturity to it and it feels like a constricted fragrance (it doesn't spread very quickly in the air). Mariner on the other hand tends to mix very easily in the air. Hence it projects better in high heat and works well in windy weather especially in the rainy season.
Wild Blue - It clones coolwater more accurately hence it has a relatively sharper and mature vibe to it and it does feel like a constricted fragrance like coolwater.
So on the basis of parameters :-
01. Cloning Accuracy - Wild Blue WINS
02. Longevity - Wild Blue WINS
03. Scent Profile - Mariner WINS
04. Projection - Mariner WINS
05. Likeability - Mariner WINS

So overall Mariner wins and is preferred more by teens due its more casual and cooler vibe and its available in a student budget.😇

@@ScentSaga Yes Bro.....that's true with me too.....especially the opening.....its extremely similar.....but in the drydown one could differentiate them better....Wild Blue has a sort of sharper citrusy drydown and it feels similar to the opening of wildstone hydra energy.....mariner on the other hand has a more musky and mossy drydown due to the heavier note of oakmoss. 😇

For 899 for a 100 ml... It's good... Mariner would cost around 600 for a 100 ml if we compare based on 100 ml pricing... But Wild Blue will stay for 1 to 1.5 hours more... In that regard it's a good choice for 899
