    This is the perfect app for beginners like me. I don’t have much knowledge about music theory. It will save my life.

    I often implement the circle of fifths in my mind, sometimes I make BIG mistakes, lol. This is just the thing one (such as I) could use to build music theory knowledge. As a guitar player and a former trumpet player my comprehension should be better. Hmmm, I am gonna look into this! Thanks for always turning out an interesting and informative tutorial. :)

    I’ve had this for a while but never opened it, I certainly will now! Something that came to mind: It would be nice when in Grand Staff mode it would also denote the name of each chord when they’re played.

    • @TonalityApp
      @TonalityApp 3 года назад +3

      It should name the chord at the top of the page; do you mean something else?

    I have had Tonality for ages and was just looking at a thread on the Audiobus forum about MIDI players and this one somehow came up on the list. What a timely tutorial! It looks like you have a big iPad because I have a regular size iPad and only get the left hand column which makes this app significantly less useful unless there is a setting I'm missing.

      Are you on the latest version (8.0.1)? Split screen support is for all iPads (I have a mini and it works there)

    • @fprintf
      @fprintf 3 года назад +3

      @@TonalityApp Ooh thanks for pointing that out. I need to learn how to use this app then, I had no idea split screen existed for this or any other apps. Doh! It looks like I am on 7.0.1
