So two firefighters and one police officer risk their lives to save a woman who choose to drive under the influence (drunk) causing her vehicle to crash and burst into flames. Did I describe the situation in a factual manner? The next thing I would hope we hear about this woman is she is in jail for a lengthy time and unable to either drink alcohol and drive motor vehicles. That much she owes society and the brave first responders who risked their own lives saving her from her irresponsible actions. At the end of a responder's shift they all realize they might not come home to their families because of the actions of a criminal, or callous person. How would you like it, if at end of each shift you worked, you are simply thankful you lived to see another day? How soon do you think this woman will be at it again drinking and driving. Maybe a week, or a month and she is back on the road again. Next time she, maybe, kills your son or daughter. Maybe she runs over your grandparents while they are crossing the street near their home. We should all be begging our Legislators and Justice System to finally do something, instead of turning these problem citizens loose on society at large. Citizens should be asking how many times has this drunk been cited, or arrested in prior incidents and not let the Justice System to continue using its revolving, I forgive you, door. .
Is it just me, or does that female officer do absolutely nothing to help..... I mean. Just watch her actions. She doesn't even turn on the oxygen tank. Doesn't check for a pulse before chest compressions.....
Ya, she didn't respond for a FIRST RESPONDER that's her job. She sat back, never approached the vehicle and never attempted to help the person SHE FOUND in the burning vehicle. 😮 She stood back and let the firefighters 🚒 arrive and then promptly told them about the trapped person inside. She then watched and said " if you need my help I'm here" .....SHE OFFERED TO HELP FIREFIGHTERS, BUT NEVER ONCE OFFERED HELP TO THE TRAPPED PERSON 😮Only in the end when it was safe for the officer did she administer chest compression 😮
