I think i know what the storyline is? It starts off with rat murdering someone in broad daylight, probably due to violent tendencies. He takes a train to a new state to escape custody and meets a homeless serial killer and bonds with him. They get together to murder and steal but are ultimately caught by government officials. Slug was ultimately killed by one officer while rat was detained and placed in a psych ward. Years later, an accomplice greets rat as they work together to gather intel on where the cop that killed slug is. They corner the cop and lead him off to a cliff edge before executing him. The trauma and memories rat faced caused him to see hallucinations of his long dead friend in a dumpster. Rat was later found dead near the dumpster, his death is unknown.
