If you see any hair product (ex-shampoo,conditioner) that's said to be enriched with biotin,keratin,other vitamins etc ,please don't fall for those cheap tricks because those essential substances are supposed to be taken through food (keratin is produced by your body itself.just eat good amount of protein) and not by external application.

I have been growing my hair long for around 3 years till now and also triple the length of the hair of creator and closer to my mid back length. My hair is as long as an average female have.
