UK Space Special with Spaceport Cornwall

Hear from STEM Ambassador Dave at Spaceport Cornwall who will be talking about the UK’s first ever attempt to launch a satellite and rocket into space from UK soil, which took place in January of this year. This is a story of resilience, hard work and optimism, which are important traits to learn whilst going through education.
This talk is aimed at KS2/3 students will give an overview of the UK Space sector and also mention routes and ways into the sector for those interested in the future.
