I have been here multiple times over the years. The first illusions of this place are positive but as you start to “peel the onion layers” you quickly realize that buying a property here is equal to buying a ticket on Titanic’s maiden voyage. AVOID buying here. We are practicing catholics but a lot of the population living here are just plain rude and nuts with a sense of entitlement. Unless you work 100% remote, there’s essentially zero job opportunities specially if you plan to seek a 6 figure income. Some of the developers over time have walked away. There’s just nothing around and going into town is at least a 45-60 minute one way ride.
I'm not Catholic but there appears to be a very conservative,fundamentalist sect in this town but you do see pubs here which is usually frowned upon in a conservative,fundamentalist Protestant town,that's about the only difference.

Catholic parents beware there is a 200 student wait list at Donahue Academy.
They lost the opportunity to make it a medieval city
