Hey everyone! Hope you had a great weekend 😊 Here is the final episode from the Chitwan adventure and probably my favourite of the three. The next videos coming are in my opinion the best in the entire series so stay tuned! I am heading back to the UK in 2 weeks to take a month off for editing and hiring to get this upload schedule back to where it should be for the foreseeable future. Hang in here with me guys! Hope you enjoy this one as much as I do. Please leave some lovely comments, I need a mood boost 😅 Much Love ❤
You're doing an amazing job, mate! Thanks for visiting Nepal and bringing smiles to so many people's faces. Just a small note-towards the end of one of your videos, I noticed you mentioned seeing kids with more energy than animals like peacocks and rhinos. I’m sure it was unintended, but the wording might come across differently to some. Hope you don’t mind the feedback! Wishing you an incredible time in Nepal-enjoy every moment. Cheers! Alos one thing I enjoy your video brother.
im loving these guys the way they go to local communities and experience their culture by participating in their daily chorus, very interesting and super engaging videos, keep up the good work making amazing videos❤
Beautiful elephants - yes it’s difficult to know if they‘re being looked after in the right way but not being there all the time it’s difficult to judge. Loved this mini series Josh - way to go 🎉🎉❤️
Thanks again for supporting the community Thanks for bringing joy in the people's life even if it was for a few hours, People need happiness and some sort of entertainment every day and people in rural places don't get it, So thank you a lot, love from Nepal🩵 P.S. And also the dance was great 🤣
So they train the elephants to use them to manage human animal conflict rather than for tourist to rode them. Yes you do find elephant rides in chitwan. But they are used to chase wild rhino which have entered rice feilds. To chase wild elephants. To go for armed petrol inside the park with nepal army. They are also used to capture tigers (man eaters), there are cases where the people have been saved because of the presence of a elephant. Yes its bad to chain them up. Hopefully there are some changes in the next 5 years.
I guess that’s a good thing, I still feel like there are either better ways you could do that without using an animal or better ways of training them and storing them without the use of pain / chains.. either way its not my culture or country so I have no right to tell them it’s wrong haha
Majhi means ferryman, caste usually ferrys boats with people from one side of the river to another and for fishing. Now caste drives vehicles. Musahar means rat eater, caste eats rats main source of protein for the poor.
If you will visit tharu Village ; if you decide to.sfay their they'll welcome you 😢 it is their culture 😮 Tharu ancestors are originated from Terai area of Nepal😅
I think morally you knew this was cruel. I couldn’t have continued with this visit. By being there you encourage this treatment. A warning at the beginning of the video is the least you should’ve done. I can’t watch this
Yeah like I said in the video, I don't really agree with it myself but it's a big part of their culture in Chitwan, so who am I to say they are wrong? The elephants are trained to protect the local communities from Rhino/Tiger attacks and not for tourism (As far as I am aware) and are well fed, groomed and exercised. Feel free to skip past the elephant section as that wasn't really the main point of this video anyway. Skip to 18:05
When does it jump and skip? Give me an example? If you are talking about the cuts (editing).. This is an hour long video cut down from over 3 hours of raw footage, cutting of footage is required to squeeze it all down into a watchable length
@@erictrippe2778 In that case its probably because I've cut out a pause where I am catching my breathe or thinking of what I'm trying to say, in order to keep the sentence / what I am trying to say together. I could keep all of those pauses in but I think it would probably be even more annoying/distracting and also would add on minutes to the video which I don't have the space for. If I was doing far less things in my videos then I could afford to keep it more uncut but I think it's more interesting when I squeeze multiple different things into one video personally.

You exactly look like luke belmar lmao
Is that a good or bad thing? 😂
Josh, why do your videos always jump and skip? It is like they are pieced together. A little distracting.
When does it jump and skip? Give me an example? If you are talking about the cuts (editing).. This is an hour long video cut down from over 3 hours of raw footage, cutting of footage is required to squeeze it all down into a watchable length
@@TheJourneyofJosh Just when you are walking down the street mid-sentence. Most of your vids do it. Watch and it is easy to see.
