Not sure what Phat calls the color. They only offered a few choices when I bought it and I thought the blue was the best choice. Sorry that I couldn't be more help.......

Never had a flat so I don't know how hard one would be to repair. Recently sold the scooter because I just wasn't riding it that much anymore. Thanks for watching and have fun if you buy one!!!

what are the indicator lights across the top of the dash over the battery level lights?

I'm sorry but I'm not sure what you're looking at-the battery indicator lights are the top lights.

@@Thecoutch Maybe its not on your model.. mine has 3 indicators over the battery lights.. A couple look like battery icons. The one in the middle stays lit.
