I'm not sure if it has anything to do with monetization but the audience Trixie and Katya reach through their Nextflix videos are beyond the scope of the audience other drag queens get. They basically have two ponds to fish in on youtube when it comes to subscribers. Willam does the same and has benefited from being able to reach a more mainstream audience too, which is what put her above the rest in terms of subscribers for all these years. She just didn't find a pond quite as big as Netflix.. yet.. 😁
