In this video it might be the biggest street food in Spain, but where are the customers, anyway, year's ago when I was off,EMMITT, who was in high school and worked with me on the weekends, his CATHOLIC high school was having a fundraising event, it was an outdoors food festival and I was sitting in the back with my wife and all of a sudden the cook, threw a tantrum, took off his apron and said forget this job and walked away, so I got up and walked to talk to Mary, sister of where I worked in midtown Manhattan and asked her, Mary do you need help and she said Yes,and I told her that it was my day off, so she said Ladies, this is Richie and he works for my sister at her restaurant in MANHATTAN, so I set everything up, and the following weekend, EMMITT told me that the BBQ was a huge hit,and they made a record amount of money, because the money went to the school for needed supplies, like uniforms for the basketball team, volleyball team, etc, and she along with the other ladies were so very happy, but this video tells me that the Spanish people don't really appreciate an outdoor BBQ, not like in NYC, when they come out in the thousands, and these street food vendors make a tone of money
