Rash will be gone in 1-2 days. To avoid rash in the future always wash the diaper area with warm water, pat dry before putting on diaper, don’t use wipes. Keep wipes for outings or in case there’s no water available. Doing this alone will be a game changer and you won’t need any cream. If you still want to apply cream sudo cream is good.
