Hi guys, this summer I've been experiencing perspiration like no other summer. I thought I'd give this anti-perspirant a try and give you a review. It is quite a lengthy video as I filmed a two week diary of me using the product. I talk about any issues, skin burning sensation, application and shaving whilst using it. Watch to find out if it worked!
P.s In the video I do refer to it as a deodorant a lot, I know it is an antiperspirant. And the timestamps are wrong, the dates are correct though.
FAQs
How long should I use Perspirex?
The instructions which come with the antiperspirant suggest to use the product over a 5 day period. Then switch to using it 2-3 days a weeks.
Does Perspirex smell?
The product does not have any smell or fragrance.
Does Perspirex cause itchy skin?
Some users do claim they have experienced itchy skin when using Perspirex. In my experience I had itchy skin in and around my underarms almost every night using the product.
Does Perspirex stop sweating?
The antiperspirant is designed to prevent excess sweating when using the product. I found that it did prevent my underarms from sweating.

the product should not be applied on broken skin or when you recently shaved and also use the roll in two strokes on the armpit...all these are to prevent irritation or itchness
Do you think we can use moisturizer on the armpits after or before applying perspirex? I liked to because it helps my skin feel and look better around there
I think you can apply around the area but not in the armpit where the perspirex has been applied as it may prevent the product from working.
I if you Can live wich some itching during wearing it over night it’s a genius product. After using it a few times in a row you actually stop smelling of sweat. I’m not using it daily at all because it’s time consuming and I think I would get a rash if I did it all the time.
But I’m definitely going to use it a few times the week before a party or the week before a holiday. The nice thing is that I can wear the t shirt again the next day because I don’t sweat and I don’t smell off sweat at all. I think you should try it. If it doesn’t give you a lot of itching, more than you can live with, and if you don’t get a rash using it, it’s absolutely perfect. Before going on a vacation with just a small suitcase next time I’ll definitely use it again. I’ll do it several times the week before my trip and the last night before going.
I used perspiplex for 2 weeks now. From beautiful, velvet and white skin I have now broken skin, itching and full of brown/dark and red spots...
Same… have u stopped using it ??
After rinsing it off in the morning can you then use any anti perspirant for ex Dove , just for thr nice smell throught the day?
You can apply a deodorant over the top, I do that the Perspirex comfort
I suggest you buy the comfort one. It won't irritate you nor itch so much
I might try that in future though I found an antiperspirant from Sure which helped me!
I just applied it for the first time, so I have no opinion yet. But I read the instructions and, I you obviously didn’t or the instructions in danish are different. It said to apply in the evening, but not in the amount you did. And it says to wash it of with water and sope in the morning. Which you didn’t at first. And lastly is said not to shave before. So you dit several things wrong. I also didn’t Reed all instructions before I applied it so I also used to much. So I washed it off after an hour because it inched, so I don’t know if it will work, but now I’ll try not to apply any deo for the next 12-24 hours. Normally I smell bad after a few hours if I forget to apply a deo. Next test will be to apply in the right amount and way. I’m excited to se the results.
Yes I agree, I used it wrong. Though after reading the instructions over and over, applying less and washing off, the product worked. However, I was still left with very sore and itchy underarms. I hope the product works for you!

@@carolinelac maybe it wouldn’t ich so much if you try it again, without making the mistakes in the beginning? It’s worth trying. 🥰 I think I’ll use mine before special occasions
@@HypnoStreaming Honestly, I used it for a month straight following the instructions accordingly and my skin was still badly irritated. Since then I found a producers better for skin and prevented the sweat without the itching!
@@carolinelac ok you gave it a shot. I haven’t used it for the second time yet, but my skin also itched the first time.
If you have itchiness and its giving you an uncomfortable feeling, then i think you should consider trying the comfort one, it comes in green boxes and its better for sensitive skin. Btw you've helped me with this video, if i should buy this product or not, but im gonna give it a try😄
I might try that one in the future, as I’ve found an alternative which has been working for me. I hope the perspirex works for you!
@@carolinelac sorry for asking but what did u find thats been working? Cuz since i started using perspirex my pits got irritated and started itching, and i had to change to the comfort one but that wasnt that good either.

I've only ever had the comfort one and days after shaving it's literally itched and burned my armpits so bad that I couldn't sleep . I have to discontinue it and this is sad. I feel like I have no hope
When u started using it how many times in a week u applied it??
The instructions say 3-5 so I went with that. I think I did 5 for the first week and then went to 3 applications a week
Personally, before applying it, I apply some aloe vera to my armpits, wait for it to soak in completely, then apply Perspirex, I feel like it helps to prevent irritation or stinging sensations.

@@carolinelac Of course, I also re apply aloe vera after rincing it out. And for now I'm not able to sleep with that on (because of the irritation), so I apply it during the day when I can stay chill at home and rince it as soon as it starts been uncomfortable (generally after 3h). Maybe overtime my skin will be less reactive and I might be able to leave it longer. But it helps for now.
@@rudyschneider4 that’s super helpful to know! I’m currently using the Perspirex comfort which I find far more “comfortable” to use. Though it does irritate once in a while. I’ll have to try using some aloe too!
In the case after washing it off in the morning, I think you can apply your normal deodorant and wash it off at night and then apply your perspirex as per your usual.

Can I put the product during the day?
I guess it depends when you shower or bathe as you would need apply to a clean armpit and then after about 8 hours wash it off. A similar process as if you would apply before sleeping.
No you shouldn’t use it during the day. It’s only for night use, when your glands aren’t as active or something like that; otherwise the moisture of the days sweat plus the perspirex will itch like crazy
I have never ever met any East Asian person that had body odor. East Asian women smell like pretty flowers.
R u still using it ?
I stopped using it after testing it out as I found it too harsh on my skin even though it was very effective! I did try it again this year for week but again it really irritated my skin. I currently testing out the comfort version so will be doing a video about that one

I found that with this product too! Try pressing down on the roller ball and pushing it. Also wash your hands before and after too, to avoid irritation. Hope that helps 😊

Hi You’ve applied the product completely wrong in the first place
Hi, I did say in the video that I had applied it wrong initially. However, I did start the process all over again and applying the product correctly. I have also tried again this current year and had the same reactions.
I just ordered for the first time,how should I apply it?
@@Prisca.W please follow the instructions and directions on the leaflet that comes with the product. Don’t use it on shaven or broken skin.
