If you're trying to upload a 6GB ZIP File via a WordPress Plugin, for instance, you might get barred by upload size limitations.
For these kinds of issues, you can upload your large file using File Manager from hPanel, FTP or SSH. Take a look on how to do them here: support.hostinger.com/en/articles/1869114-how-to-upload-backups-with-file-manager. The article may speak about uploading backups, but in principle, they can also be applied when uploading large files 💪
