I actually liked that you maked them surprised by Japanese Empire being basically destroyed with the bombs, like, as they are from before WW2, nuclear bombs didnt exist and they probably never thought of such thing, so when they see this deadly weapon that can destroy an entire city, they would be surprised and even scared(sorry for long text and also sorry for mistakes, english is not my first language!)

Their relationship I guess is very complicated, I mean, it’s not like they get along or anything, but my hc of it is pretty much the fact that they we’re supposedly closer before ww2 broke out, since they somewhat knew each other, because of their mentors (GE and RE), but then again they never considered each other close, or even friends, there might have been a sign of friendship bfr the war, but of course any sentiment of it was broken.
