I figured out in my Tecnica, if you're rolling even 1 mph and pull both paddles back into neutral, you can free Rev the engine to red line. So now, as you pull into an event and someone says "Rev it," you can just click neutral and give them a nice lamborghini rev. That's a little bit confusing. Here in Europe especially in Germany the valves are not allowed to be open constantly. Instead car companies let them open in stand still but as soon as the revs rise they have to make sure the valves are closed again. But they open again in High rpms to reduce back pressure. If that's not the case the police might do a noise test in which the owner has to rev the car slowly to 3/4 of the rated rpm and suddenly let go the throttle. By letting them shut you pass the test easily. However i didnt know that they have to do it in the US as well...
