    Excellent video thank you. You will never hear the boxes rattle at all. Enjoy..... I have some new products coming down the pipeline soon.

      They have truly been one of the best modifications or upgrades I have put on the krx. It is one of my most recommended add-ons! Can't wait to see what else you come out with! Being able to have the boxes attached when needed and then when not, having the full bed accessible, has been extremely helpful! Oh and you are right, you don't even almost hear any rattling from the boxes :-)

    If you guys have ever been around the ryfab aluminum boxes they are awesome and someone needs to build one for the krx they would sell fast and you can ask way to much money for them just like ryfab does. I have the tusk plate in the back of mine had to trim the front of it for the sub woofer in the krx. Same concept it works great. I'm thinking this one would have fit with no cut off wheel action. Cool product, pro steel should build custom boxes like the ryfab ones you would make a killing 🍻

    I have that super atv box too in my KRX and its a love hate relationship, love the cooler hate that it sits right in the middle definitely switching to something like this just wish the Milwaukee boxes were not red.

      That was my biggest hang up as well but I got over it pretty quick after doing it and having all of the versatility that comes along with it.

    It looks to me like the OEM KRQ tailgate would still fit with this packout system installed. The tailgate with the toolbox, probably not. I have the standard KRQ (no storage) tailgate and I'm going to give this packout plate a try. It looks like none of the toolboxes/coolers stick out past the recessed portion (the dirty portion of the trunk on this KRX) of the trunk, and the D-rings are still exposed using the KRQ tailgate, so I'm thinking it will all fit nicely. Fingers crossed!

      The plate and boxes really are not very big at all, fits inside really well so hopefully you will be good!

    What Tailgate, with that awesome spare tire mount, is that? Great setup!

      The tailgate is SATV. The mount on it is for my fuel can. I rigged that mount up. Tusk makes the spare tire mount. Super heavy duty! I highly recommend it!

      Good idea. When riding it is noisy enough to where I don’t hear anything back there!

    Good set up. Do they attach to the bottom plate?

    • @KRXBrandon
      @KRXBrandon  2 года назад +1

      Yep, they lock in. There is a small release on the bottom that you push in to remove them. I did a ride this weekend and they worked great. No rattling noise and easy to clean up when I got back to the house.

    Will the plastic Kawasaki tail gate lock box fit on there?

      I’m not sure, I haven’t seen anyone try yet. I’m not a big fan of it, I get everything I need in the Milwaukee boxes.

    Can anyone speak as to the fitment of this mount with the KRQ Tailgate box? Looks like it would fit to me.

      It fits with the tusk tailgate for sure. You can look at the mounting points and then compare to mine.

    Yeah, make a heavy machine even heavier. And slower.

      Works great for me, if I want the machine lighter I just change out the old air in the tires with new air. 😁 I saw a RUclips that said it worked! Seriously though, I like being prepared, don’t like to go that fast and have not had any issues with my setup. I like these bc you can easily adjust how much you are carrying based on your ride and still have the bed available if you need to haul stuff around the house.
