At 71 I have recently been pretty stressed and have put on a fair bit of weight. Have just joined a new doctor’s surgery and need to have some blood tests. I have booked in for one month’s time to give myself a chance to get back on a better eating regime and to get some regular exercise in. I am doing a set of stretches and isometrics and some light weight work. This workout is a good way to gradually get back to doing some more intense hiit work. Many thanks John

1 & SUBSCRIBED!!! I love HIIT classes for the same reason as you - they seem to just fly by! My 2nd reason for loving them is because staring down 70 hard I really, really, REALLY need an active rest between the exercises. Loved the format of the class: (3) exercises done in (2) sets (which allows me to really focus during the 2nd set because my muscles now know the exercises) and then (3) different exercises done in another (2) sets. Thank you for what you are doing for us seniors - I can only imagine how hard it must be for you young'ins to slow down to our pace😁 Will look for more HIIT classes from you and I thank the RUclips algorithm gods for suggesting your channel🥰

I NEED to exercise every day but I have to be very careful and keep things low-impact. This video is more than perfect and I appreciate you showing different levels according to our abilities. I appreciate the music not being off the wall like other people have on their tutorials. I was able to work up a sweat, and get my heart rate up, yet not do anything to create an inflammation flare-up! I'm excited to try out more of your routines. Again thank you!❤
